The house, which is rated with five stars, is in a very quiet location near the forest and an olive plantation. It is only 3 km from the center of the city of Pula and 2 km from the pebble beach, which can be reached in a few minutes by bike or car.
On approximately 120 m² of living space, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen (fridge with ice maker, espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, spice bar, etc.) and a large living room and dining room in the winter garden.
