About this property

Villa Vallelunga

This modern villa is located in a prime location near Pula. Untouched pine forest, clear sea and proximity to all amenities allow guests a unique holiday in silence. Valelunga comes from the Italian word Valle lunga which means "long bay". Throughout the 20th century, there was a barracks on Valelungi, so this name became synonymous with the military zone between the railway and the northern side of the port of Pula. Today, after the departure of the army, Valelunga becomes an indispensable tourist part of Pula. Distance from the house to the city center and is about 10 minutes by car. The house itself consists of two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, large living room and open space kitchen. During the decoration, the owners especially appreciated the work of the designer and thus created a special atmosphere in the villa. The large courtyard is surrounded by a wall and thus ensures complete privacy. The large pool is the central location of the courtyard.

What a wonderful place to stay in Pula. Close (by car) to the city, beaches and amenities. Incredibly well kept and maintained. Lovely welcome from the owners and lots of little touches to make it feel like home. Great pool and privacy. Perfect week in Pula.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ruhig und familienfreundlich

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt und schön. Wir sind mit unserer Tochter und 2 Freunden hingefahren zum Erholen und Relaxen. Tolle Unterkunft, bei denen die Bilder aus dem Inserat mal wirklich auch der Realität entsprechen. Macht einen sehr neuen, bzw. gepflegten Eindruck. Sowohl innen, als auch außen hat es unseren Erwartungen mehr als entsprochen. Pool und Whirlpool sind groß und locker ausreichend für „die ganze Familie“. Der großzügige Platz (Terrasse) rund herum ist perfekt auch für Kinder im Roller- und Laufrad-lern-Alter :) viel Platz um rumzulaufen und fahren. Auch für die Erwachsenen gibt es neben dem Grill auch noch einen Tisch draußen mit einer Lounge-Ecke daneben zum hinsetzen. Man kann theoretisch zu Fuß ans Meer gehen, aber wir hatten den Fokus eher auf Entspannung. Mit dem Auto sind es 6 Minuten an einen sehr schönen „private beach“ anmutenden Strandabschnitt mit netter Strand-Bar. Das Grundstück liegt etwas abgelegen, weswegen es auch sehr ruhig ist und sich niemand (zumindest bei uns nicht) für Musik oder Ähnliches beschwert. Organisation war top und die Host-Dame sehr nett und freundlich. Um nicht komplett alles positiv zu schreiben, noch der Hinweis, dass das Grundstück in der Einflugschneise des Flughafen liegt und ab und zu mal (würde 7 pro Tag schätzen) in paar Flieger drüber fliegen. Und hat es nicht gestört. Unsere Tochter fand es eher cool . Sehr früh und abends war bei uns aber nie ein Flugzeug unterwegs. Daher kein Problem für uns.

TOP !!!

Wir verbrachten in der Villa Vallelunga 10 traumhaft schöne Tage. Das Haus ist super sauber und auch sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Highlight war natürlich der Außenbereich mit Pool und Jacuzzi! Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur sowie mit den Eigentümern war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
