Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das schönes gemütliche Haus von Alica liegt in ruhiger Lage, wenige Schritte vom Meer/Strand. Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche hier verbracht. Die Bilder der Beschreibung zeigen das Haus sehr gut. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer/Balkon ins "Grüne" ist toll. Die Zentralheizung ist in der Nebensaison sehr nützlich. Alica ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, alles war bestens.

Einfach toll!

Wir haben Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni 2019 mit unserem Sohn 12 Nächte in Alicas Haus in Banjole verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt, wie zu Hause. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, ein toller Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne, eine schöne Terrasse mit Grill, sogar einen neuen Sandkasten mit Spielzeug und einen Hochstuhl hat Alica kurzfristig noch besorgt. Der nächste schöne Strand war in 15 min fußläufig zu erreichen, die Restaurants Barka und Suzi können wir auch sehr empfehlen. Alica ist eine super nette Vermieterin, sie war immer auch kurzfristig zu erreichen, hatte sehr wertvolle Tipps (z.B. der Metzger für das Grillfleisch) und hat sich prima um uns gekümmert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wundervollen Urlaub in Banjole und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Wir können das Ferienhaus von Alica auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Super Haus, super Gastgeberin!

Das Haus ist super für eine kleine Familie. Sehr sauber, Garten vorne und hinten mit 2 Terrassen wo man immer im Schatten sitzen und genießen kann. Die Gastgeberin Alica ist extrem nett und hilfreich und hat uns mit allen Informationen ausgestattet und sofort geholfen. Sogar als unsere kleine Tochter (2 Jahre alt) Probleme mit den Augen hatte, hat sie die Ärztin (Schwester) organisiert und am Sonntag zu Hause besucht (und die Schlange im Krankenhaus erspart). Das Haus selber ist neulich renoviert und auf dem Top-Stand. Wäsche und Handtücher wurden nach 1 Woche ausgetauscht. Die Umgebung ist auch super, ein Strand nur ca. 50m entfernt, andere Strände nur 3min mit Auto. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Einfach perfekt. Wir kommen wieder!

Süßes Häuschen, super sauber, klasse Lage. Hundestrand nur 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt, herrliche Badebucht für Zweibeiner in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fünf Sterne für den Wohlfühlfaktor im Haus und die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter. Ebenfalls 5 Sterne für das Restaurant Barka.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Sehr gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Haus in Strandnähe. Besonders schön: Balkon nach Osten und Terasse nach Westen sodaß man immer die Sonne genießen kann. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und bemüht, gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt zu geben. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Alica buchen.

Zwei sehr schöne Wochen

Wir haben hier Ende Juni/ Anfang Juli zwei erholsame Urlaubswochen verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist gut eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Wir haben uns in Banjole sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist ideal wenn man einen ruhigen, ungestörten Urlaub verbringen will.Alica ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Sie hat uns bereits vor dem Urlaub viele Informationen geschickt, und am Tag der Ankunft die wichtigsten Örtlichkeiten (Einkauf, Bank, Restaurants, Strände usw.) persönlich gezeigt. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Strände in Banjole sind sauber und das Wasser glasklar. Gern kommen wir im nächsten oder übernächsten Jahr wieder. Jana und Carsten Saalfeld/Thüringen

Genialer Urlaub

In diesem Häuschen haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es gab alles was man brauchte und es war sehr sauber. Man kann viel unternehmen und das Wasser war Mitte Mai optimal warm. Wir haben diese Zeit sehr genossen und konnten die Abende auf dem Balkon oder vorne auf der Terrasse in Ruhe ausklingen lassen. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!! Sehr Schönes Ferienhaus

Einzelnes Haus man ist für sich! Man muss sich die Unterkunft mit niemanden teilen. Vorn Terasse und hinten Balkon! Echt Klasse immer Sonne bzw Schatten so wie man will. Gute Lage! nur durch den Garten und man ist direkt am Wasser! Kleiner Strand gleich um die Ecke. sowie mini Hafen.Haus augestattet mit allem was man braucht! Wir haben nichts Vermisst. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und Hilfs bzw Informationsbereit. Schön das wir Gäste sein durften.

Tolles Ferienhaus direkt am Meer

Tolles Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung direkt am Meer. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit großer Terrasse und Garten. Das ist gepflegt und hat einen gewissen Charme, sehr zu empfehlen für Ruhesuchende. Hier waren wir nicht zum letzten mal.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Schönen Dank an Alica für den warmherzigen Empfang in ihrem Ferienhaus und schöne drei Wochen Urlaub. Sie ist eine sympathische Vermieterin, die sich sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Das Haus ist hell und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet einen Balkon und eine Terrasse nach Osten, bzw. Westen. So lässt sich je nach Sonnenstand immer ein Sonnen- oder Schattenplätzchen finden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden wöchentlich gewechselt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es das Restaurant Barka, wo es eine ordentliche kroatische Küche gibt. Bestimmt kommen wir hier irgendwann noch einmal hin.
