This modern and tastefully decorated first-floor duplex 30m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room on the ground floor features a large sofa bed and a TV for watching your favourite shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and espresso machine with classic capsules.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

There is a laundromat only 6 minutes away from the apartment.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your
comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Residents of the 9th arrondissement benefit first from an exceptional cultural offer. Between the Museum of Romantic Life, which, as its name suggests, is dedicated to the Romantic period, the Gustave Moreau Museum, located in the painter's former studio, and the Grévin Wax Museum, where you can pose alongside more than 200 characters who made or are making history, you are bound to find a museum to suit your taste. Come also to admire the architecture of the Opera Garnier and the Trinity Church. You can also enjoy yourself in one of the many places of entertainment that make the district charm, such as the Folies Bergères, the Palace, the Grande Comédie or the Olympia for music lovers.

Fashion and luxury lovers will find happiness in department stores such as Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. Feast your eyes on the restaurants in the neighbourhood, the most significant number being in the Opéra and Grands Boulevards district. Finally, after dark, head to the trendy Pigalle district, where the famous Moulin Rouge cabaret dates back to the 19th century.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a € 20 surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
