I leave some personal belongings in the apartment, but there is plenty of room for yours.

The Space:

We are delighted to welcome you to this 45 m² atypical apartment located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, perfect for up to five guests. The apartment is cross-ventilated and located on the ground floor, offering views of both a quiet courtyard with bamboo and the street. You’ll enjoy easy access to a variety of restaurants, wine bars, and the famous Marché l’Olive, all within walking distance. The Marx Dormoy metro station is just 100 meters away.

Inside, you’ll find a living room with exposed beams, brick, and stone walls. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a modern oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, stovetop, and coffee maker, so you can enjoy a delicious brew anytime. The living room features a double bed (140x200) and a sofa bed that can accommodate one additional guest.

The bedroom is furnished with two single beds.

The bathroom is equipped with a sauna featuring an integrated shower, a sink, and a toilet. Towels and soap are provided for your convenience.

With several practical wardrobes and storage spaces, you’ll have no trouble organizing your personal belongings to feel right at home. Bed linens and towels are also provided for a worry-free stay.

I leave some personal belongings in the apartment, but there is ample space for yours.

Please note: If you plan to use the sofa bed for a four-person stay, a five-person reservation is required to ensure proper preparation and provision of all necessary amenities.

Guest Access:

The apartment entrance is independent and fully self-service. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive instructions the evening before your arrival to retrieve the keys and enjoy a smooth check-in process.
