I know this place gets mixed reviews so i wasn't sure what to expect but we had a good stay. Pros: Very cleanBeds were comfortable Pool was clean and well maintained Cleaning lady was accommodating and friendly (we asked for more tp and blankets)Great location (walking distance to beach, restaurants, groceries, stores)Continuous hot water in the shower Cold A/CRoku tvCons:Couches weren't comfortable (just 2 futons)Sparse furnishings (nowhere really to unpack your belongings) Bedroom doors were broken (they did close but squeaked really loudly if you had to get up in the middle of night)Coffee pot was only a 2 cup pot. Which was better than nothing. No heat (it got cold a couple of days we were there)Lamp on/off switch was broken so had to screw and unscrew bulb to turn on/off. They did have a coin fed washer and dryer so bring lots of quarters if you plan to do laundry. Overall we had a nice stay. Would be nice if they'd put a little into them so i could give them a 5 star.

Location to the beach was great and ameneties were great a this price point. Prperty was in good condition and cleaning crew did a good job. We'd do this again.

Nice unit, walk to beach and nightlife

We had a rocky start with communication on changing our dates but once we got that taken care of they were great. Place was a good size. A few things could have worked a bit better but didn't stop us from having a great time! Would stay again.

SUPER CUTE Condo!!

This was the perfect location for us for this event!! The condo was so clean and well appointed. Bed super comfy! Great place! perfect for our stay at Jeep event. Only complaint and it's silly... I missed my Keurig! Your publix is great!

This property was a very good value. Had a few hiccups, but overall the property was clean and close to everything I came here to see. We had an issue with the door lock and the property manager had it fixed almost immediately. There was also a room availability issue that was also resolved nearly immediately. If the need or desire arose, I’d not hesitate to stay here again.

The unit was not as pictured. It was much smaller. Lots of maintenance issues. Broken dooron one bedroom. Bathroom room door didn't close properly receptacle cover missing. No laundry in the unit as stated. No blow dryer as stated. Refrigerator doohandle falling off. The location was great

Horrible experience, double booked property

We had a horrible experience with this property owner or manager owner. Two hours before arrival, I had to call, because he didn’t answer my messages. He called me back and said he had double booked and we Didn’t have a place stay.It took two days to get a partial refund. He kept over 325. Did not refund me for cleaning fee, stay tax and service fee, even though he cancelled because of his overbooking. I would be aware of renting and not having a place to go!He kept

Front Door Needs Work

Pictures are NOT a true reflection. We have many complaints but the deal breaker for us was the daylight that shown through the door frame and wall on both sides of the door. It appeared if someone pulled hard they could take the door with the frame right off. Or easily use a wedge tool in the gaps and pry door frame and door off. We did not feel safe we packed and left 4 hours after we arrived. I messaged the property manager and never got a response. We were lucky to find a hotel last minute. Never received a response the entire weekend. Called VRBO after returning home. Long story short the property manager offered $100 refund in exchange for not posting a review.

This is a Dump

I spent 3 nights here of a 1 month stay. None of the lights are hooked up to the switches, you have to stand on the bed or a dining chair to reach the broken chains. There’s no ac in one bedroom so you have to leave the door open (no privacy). The cold water knob in the shower is not attached and upon reattaching it, it just spins (it’s a hazard!). The “New” refrigerator’s door handle was broken and poorly duct taped on. The refrigerator kept tripping the circuit and every couple of hours had to be checked and unplugged and replugged in to work. I spent 2 days babysitting the refrigerator. The cookware was a 6” sauté pan and a pot (they were going to bring pans immediately, but never did. There was a grill, as advertised, but it was a broken down, gas grill with petrified charcoal in it. This grill hadn’t worked for a very long time. No pans, no grill, no cooking! The only reason I stayed that long was they said they would take care of these issues immediately, but nothing got done. Fortunately, I was able to find another place to rent close by; however, February in Florida and at the last minute I had to pay a premium. This property has a great location and if you can ignore the issues it was clean. I would not recommend staying here.

Pros/cons of property

Location was outstanding with easy access to the beach or the inter coastal for snorkeling. Inside was clean and worked well for us. Building was much older than expected and could definitely use some work. Pool was very nice. Light switches inside were very messed up with many not connecting to anything. Handles on the refrigerator/freezer need fixing. Cold water handle in the shower came off (I read that this issue was brought up in a previous review) which tells me it wasn’t fixed properly! Huge problem one night getting back from dinner when our code to open the door did not work. Said unauthorized code. Tried multiple times to reach host with no luck. Spent hours on phone with VRBO representative who was also trying to reach the host, all of this while sitting outside or in our car at night. Another woman staying at the complex had dealt with another person so I reached out with her information. Someone by the name of Adam was able to help and I never did get a response from the host!!!!! So communication was a definite issue!

We stayed 2 nights, property was kept nice outside and is fairly close to beach and restaurants. Room was clean for most part,we had sheets on our bed that had some form of crust on them, use your imagination. The refrigerator in our unit worked but was definitely not new and had stains or rust on it. Beds were fairly comfortable, but super creaky. As to the crusty sheets, I tried contacting the owner and still almost a week later still have no response. My daughters did not want to sleep in the bed after discovering that.The 2 ladies cleaning the rooms the next morning were extremely apologetic and gave us new sheets immediately, she even paid for us to do a load of laundry. They were great and helpful and friendly. As far as the property goes, I feel that the owner cut corners on some things and if he spent a bit more could make this property nicer and safer. Ceiling fans that are wired externally and can be unplugged from the wall is a concern, not sure about electrical codes in Florida, but I’m pretty sure that’s not how they are intended to be wired and is possibly a fire hazard. Basic caulking around outside door would eliminate bugs getting in , which we had a few. I knew I wasn’t staying at the ritz Carlton, but I expected a bit more for the money we spent. It’s disappointing that you cannot reach the owner to express and address any situation that may come up. This property could be better, with a few improvements and better communication.

Great location, lacking simple maintenance

Pros: Great location, very clean, pool is nice, bed was very comfortable. Cons: Front door was a HUGE issue, the combo lock didn't work properly multiple times, door knob literally pulled off and thought we'd have to use the back door to get out. This is a safety issue and clearly needs looked at by someone who knows what they are doing. Approx 5 light switches that apparently don't do anything, kitchen and bathroom lights are on switches, all others are pull string and one is a foot switch. Shotty short cuts with multiple wiring jobs. Freezer door handle is broken. Bedroom door must have been kicked in at some point because the door is split and doesn't latch. Heavy glass top on the coffee table slides around very easily, had to watch the little kids very closely so they wouldn't accidentally knock it off. Furniture is worn out, lots of torn seams and holes. Cold water knob in shower is isn't connected, looks like someone tried to caulk it back on. Not suitable for children. Bathroom is extremely tiny, no toilet paper holder and almost zero counter space. This should have a max capacity of 4 people, it's too small for 2 adults with 4 kids. Conclusion: Currently I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with kids. Fix the door(s). All the light switches need to be labeled, or something like make a small guide to how everything works since it took like 10 minutes going on by going from switch to switch trying to figure it out.

Great Location!!

Super close to Beach, literally walking distance. Very close to Peanut Island and Phil Foster Park for a fantastic snorkel experience. In top of location, the apartment was super comfortable and you could just relax by the pool later at night. Highly Recommend :)

While the property is very well located. It was not a "nice" property. Not anything close to my prior experience with renting with VRBO. I have photos of sub par electric issues. We met great people staying in the same complex. They had similar issues. We left the property in great condition. I just hate to leave a negative review. I don't want a similar review because I always respect others property. But would I stay here again? Oh hell no!

Don’t plan to cook. No oven, just a broiler. Horrid stove & appliances. Look like they were reclaimed from a dump. Burners don’t work well, only on high. Grill is shared w/9 other units! AC is one wall unit for the whole apt!! It looks so old and rusty and like it could stop at any time. Don’t stay here in hot weather. Wiring is scary. It would not pass code where we live. Switches don’t work. Ceiling fan lights look ready to fall down. No noise insulation for apt. above us. Shower head is only nice thing in bath. Everything was “fixed” in cheapest way. It is not “gorgeous” as stated. We feel ripped off.

Great location - great experience

I stayed here with some friends for a 50th birthday weekend. The location was great. Very close to the beach and in between downtown WPB and Jupiter. The property was clean. Communication with the host was excellent. We did not experience the pool but there is one onsite. Sleeps six but that includes an air mattress. Probably more comfortable for four adults. Good value.
