Great place! Check in/out was painless. We were in town for spring training, so didn’t do much at the beach, but it’s just short walk. Good local eateries as well as the usual chains nearby.

The host was amazing and the place was everything we needed for our one month stay. If i could rate the location 1000 stars i would!!! The beach is 2 blocks away on either side, you can walk to bars, restaurants, coffee, food shops, nails and everything you need. I would stay at this place every time!

This place was perfect for us. We were in town for a wedding. It had everything we needed. The king size bed was very comfortable. It was clean, quiet and easy walking distance to the beach. The host Sophie was really sweet and super responsive. Glad we found it!

I’ve been using VRBO for about 20 years and in that time I’ve had lots of hosts, I have to say Sophia has been the best host ever! Best in communication and best in making sure our stay was the best it could possibly be! We will definitely be back.

We stayed in this apartment for a week this winter. It was lovely to get out of the cold and enjoy the Florida winter warmth. The apartment was perfect for us. The king size bed was comfortable, and there was room to stretch out in the living room area. It was super close to restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend this property if you want to stay in this vicinity.

Clean though bleach smell was a little strong the first couple hours. Beach was close & lots to do between ball game days. Should Identify in description the step going up. Also be nice if there was some sort of USB plugin available

Unit 7What we really liked:It is conveniently located an equal walking distance from both Riviera Beach and Blue Heron Bridge. I enjoyed being able to wake up and walk to the beach for a sunrise swim in the mornings. Our host had provided lightweight beach chairs that were so easy to grab for the 5 minute walk to the beach. There was a full size stove and refrigerator. I was able to bring a make ahead dish to reheat. There were also ample dishes and flatware. Additionally there are four or five restaurants in walking distance. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was nice and cool. It is obvious that they have been doing some things to fix up the unit such as new cabinets and nice tiled shower with plenty of hot water. Minor areas for improvement:There are a few aesthetic things that in know way took away from our comfort. For example the blinds have a few broken slats and the floor in common area has a small amount of damage. This did not bother us but thought I would mention for benefit of those who might want to know. The coffee maker was difficult to use as I was not familiar with a cuisinart. I actually did a reverse google search for directions and even then had some difficulty. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we stay on Singer Island. *A 5-10 minute walk will bring you to beautiful Rivera Beach as seen in picture of sunrise.

Jennifer - I am delighted you enjoyed your stay and enjoyed our place and how close we are to the Singer Island beaches and Blue Heron bridge for snorkeling and diving. I’m sorry you had difficulty with the coffee maker. I am always happy to help out in the future. I have also noted the blinds and they will be replaced. Thank you, Sophia
