LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

The Aspens are one of the true ski-in/out properties that Whistler has to offer. Located just 500m from the new and improved Blackcomb gondola, guests who ski, hike, or bike will enjoy convenience at their fingertips. Situated just above the upper village, very close to some great restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc.- you can grab your groceries at the Upper Village Market and make a great meal in your full kitchen OR try out some of Whistler's best baking at Portobello while sipping a coffee fireside. In the summer, our guests with children can take advantage of The Family Adventure Zone located just steps away. Enjoy rounds of mini-golf, bouncy castles, face painting, and bungee trampolines!

THE SPACE
Beautifully renovated apartment offering spacious master BR with a king-sized bed, Additional sleeping for 2 guests in the living area (Fold-out sofa), and excellent open-plan living for a cozy yet social atmosphere. Don't forget the small private patio off the living room where you can enjoy the peace and quiet with a glass of wine or hot cuppa and BBQ a delicious meal.

Guests can enjoy fresh linens and towels for their stay as well as complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

After a day out and about you can come home to relax by the fireplace, enjoy a TV in the living space, and have a wonderful meal prepared in your full-size kitchen.

KITCHEN
Equipped with a FULL kitchen: Oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave fridge/freezer, and some common small appliances, as well as complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, common spices, and cooking oil- the chef in your group, will be ecstatic! Eat a big breakfast out on the patio or the dining table before a big day on the mountain.

HOT TUB AND POOL
Open Year Round, the large outdoor heated pool will be a hit for the family as well as the three common area hot tubs! Relax poolside in all seasons and take advantage of the great BBQ and common patio area.

LAUNDRY
There is a coin-operated laundry in the building for a small fee.

PARKING
Secure Underground Parking is available ( $17 per 24 hours).
FREE street parking on Spearhead Dr. for the months of April - November.

EXERCISE ROOM
There is an exercise room located in the building for those of you that like to keep fit on vacation.

SKI RENTAL & EQUIPMENT STORAGE
Guests can travel with ultimate convenience by ordering their ski rental online. Nestaide Management will provide guests with the URL upon booking. Guests can select to pick up their equipment right inside the Aspens Lodge at WB Rentals on the check-in date. Skis are stored onsite at the Aspens Lodge by valet service. Bikes are stored in the parkade for easy access each day.

Guests will gain access to the unit with their own personal code

The parking gate is 6 ft 6" tall. Parking is $17 per day.

**Please note: Any stay over 14 nights will result in a midstay cleaning fee of $100.00 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation**

Guests do not need a car at this location, although there is the option for secure, underground paid parking if guests do bring their cars. The shuttle is a 3-minute walk from the front door of the Aspens which takes you to the main village in 5 minutes. Guests can also walk to the upper village in a few minutes where they can enjoy restaurants, coffee shops, liquor stores, grocery stores and more.

Nestaide Management is exercising all precautions possible for the safety of our guests. Here are some ways we've changed our hosting practices due to COVID-19:


✔ Cleaning with bleach and alike products to disinfect all bathrooms and kitchens
✔ Use a germicidal disinfectant for the following high-touch surfaces: door and window handles, cabinet and drawer handle, TV remotes, and all light switches.

Great location of property
The condo has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with a pull-out queen size sofa. The location of the property close to the lift is a plus. This particular condo has the window facing the front court yard. Every person pulling up to the complex stops in front of your window. Every delivery truck stops in front of the window. Once a day linens are delivered and several times a week the trash is removed. Noisy.

Great Whistler Condo
This property was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, and a great location. Ski in ski out or when there is no snow an easy walk down the mountain to the upper village. Multiple hot tubs and a outdoor pool. The rental location was in the building which was super convenient. The ski valet was also convenient. Be prepared to sort your recycling! Whistler is VERY ecofriendly. Large bathroom. All the essentials in the kitchen were provided. And, to top it all off, a very nice welcome box from the management company.

Family getaway
We visited this property for a summer getaway with young children. I was impressed by the fact the unit was recently renovated and had insuite air conditioning. The pool at the property was a big hit with the kids and the proximity to the Upper Village was great for a quick walk over to the kids zone and restaurants. We had a great time!

Simply I do not know where to start…. Probably at the beginning! From the moment we walked through the door we were wowed! The apartment was better than the pictures, it really well appointed, cosy… while feeling homely. There’s a good supply of salt, pepper and olive oil…. While it may not seem a big deal sometimes it’s the little touches. We’re not bath people, not to say we don’t wash, we prefer to shower. So the recently renovated shower is really nice… as for renovations the kitchen is nice too…. Floor to ceiling mini butchers tiling and all around a delight to cook in as it has everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable and my only suggestion would be blackout curtains - but not a big deal! Location, location, location - the ski-in/ ski-out is probably the best spot and in addition the Aspens has a ski valet…. I think I’ve been way to spoiled now! The location is a couple of hundred meters walk down the hill to Blackcomb base and a nice easy walk to Whistler….. of course there is the free local bus option too (but quicker to walk to Blackcomb base). We are already looking to book this place for next year if possible. But if it’s not available we would look to another Nestaside property as they all look of a similar quality….. the team are really great to deal with and responsive even for some minor questions. All in all the experience contributed to a wonderful holiday.
