It is located 10 minutes from Nevers, 15 minutes from the Circuit de Magny-Cours and 8 minutes from the Casino of Pougues les Eaux

At the back of the house you will enjoy a covered terrace and a large garden to have a good time (petanque, barbecue, etc.), you can also park your vehicles safely
You can also enjoy a 7 X 4 above-ground swimming pool, which will make the outside even more convivial, a guaranteed moment of relaxation.
