Point Marianne is one of the most beautiful properties on Keuka Lake. The charming lake front cottage has large A frame windows overlooking the lake. With an open floor plan it is perfect for enjoying time together. It is conveniently located on the east side of the lake just 6 miles from the village of Hammondsport which boasts shops and restaurants. The Keuka lake wine trail is at your fingertips with 7 wineries within just a few miles. Relax on the large deck or dock and watch the beautiful sunsets over the lake. There is availability to launch a boat and a single covered manual lift for your boating pleasure. You may also use the small boat dock and row boat. Enjoy lake front beach. This property has been meticulously cared for and loved by the owners . There is a shared driveway to the adjacent property but 2 parking spaces are available for your stay.
