Private Cottage in Penn Yan w/ yard and lake front
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this newly updated cottage on Keuka Lake. Everything is near by including the Windmill, wineries, breweries, downtown Penn Yan, restaurants and Marina. Keuka is a hidden gem with limited boat traffic and scenic views.
The cottage is located behind Camp Cory. It is private and semi-hidden with a walk out yard down to the lake instead of stairs. This is perfect for families with little children. The lake is also very shallow and no drop off's.
The space
The cottage has newly renovated bedrooms and bathroom while maintain the rustic cottage feeling. It has a beautiful screened in porch perfect for morning coffee and evening relax time.
There is a pop-open camper for summer season ONLY that can provide extra SLEEPING arrangements for additional friends or family. Maybe even a cool camp out for the kids.
