Dalton Lakeside Cottage is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway with family, friends and good neighbors. Located on a quiet private road, you will pass through a narrow but short underpass that is not an issue for a full size pickup or SUV. The cottage features 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with a kitchen and living room. We prefer you to use the screened windows to keep cool, but there is an option for A/C if needed. We have a RokuTV that allows guests to sign into their streaming services. High speed internet is also available provided by Spectrum. You will be spending most of your days outside grilling on the covered Front deck while your kids playing in the secured back yard or enjoying your time relaxing on Dalton Landing watching the sunrise and sunset as you enjoy your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine. Relax by the outdoor fire-pit at night. There is a charming and historic train that runs by the house. The train has no set schedule but does go slow and the conductor will even blow the whistle for you if you wave to them. There is also a long dock for your convenience, whether you choose to fish from the dock, rent a boat at Roy's Marina or bring your own boat. The cottage is a short drive from a local farmers market called "The Windmill" and about 30 min drive from the waterloo shopping outlets. This is a wonderful cottage that is perfect for that quiet weekend we all need with family and friends. There are also 2 security cameras located on each corner of the front of the house, these are used for security purposes only, there are no other cameras in any guest areas of the cottage.
