Great location on Seneca Lake, just a short drive to wineries, farm markets, breweries, waterfalls, hiking, and more. Right on the water, with a beautiful shale beach and large dock to relax on. Enjoy amazing sunsets from our upper deck over Seneca Lake! Quiet, peaceful and truly relaxing.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Checkout is 10AM
• Ensure all outside trash is removed
• Guests are responsible for cleaning grill
• Turn off TVs and leave remotes on TV stand
• Empty trash bin. Trash must be taken with the guest
• Pick up toys, puzzles, games and DVDs and return them to the bookshelf
• Leave dirty towels in the bathroom on the floor or in the tub
• Leave used beds and extra blankets unmade and unfolded
• Close all doors and windows
• Wash all dishes. Clean dishes may be left in the drying rack ONLY. Clean and put away all other dishes.
• Turn off and unplug heaters/fans if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
