About the host
Hosted by Pat P.
While I grew up at the Jersey Shore, I spent every Summer with family in the Finger Lakes of NYS, enjoying everything they have to offer. I spent my life traveling all over this country, and the world. When my wife and I decided to buy a cottage, there was no question where it would be, on Keuka Lake.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because, of the great family vibe and its proximity to everything to do, see, and taste. This is where I wanted to bring my children.
What makes this property unique
It's not like the usual huge properties you typically see on VRBO or Airbnb. More mansion, than family home, designed for one thing to pack people in and maximize income. Ours is a cozy little Cottage was built in the 1950's when times were simpler, by a couple of teachers from the Canandaigua school system, to raise their kids in. It's a family home, with character, and soul. The bedrooms are smaller, the property isn't huge, but its comfy, and has just enough to make you feel like you living life like a local.
