Nicely decorated and clean accommodation with fully equipped kitchen (some appliances brand new). We really appreciated the air conditioning in the rooms because of the heat. We slightly missed the possibility to hang up clothes, and storage space next to the washbasins.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit vielen alten Möbeln, geschmackvollen Gemälden und allem Komfort. Sie ist blitzsauber und gut gepflegt. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt ruhig neben einem ansehnlichen ehemaligen Bahnhofsgebäude. Man kann in der Umgebung wandern, das Schloss Modave besichtigen, oder die Städte Durbuy oder Naumur besuchen. Die nächsten Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind 5 bis 10 km entfernt. Der Check-in erfolgt einfach über Schlüsselbox. Bei Fragen reagieren die Gastgeber sehr schnell. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und useren Aufenthalt genossen, obwohl es auch ein paar Nachteile gibt: Man hat keine Kontrolle über die Heizung, sondern muss die Gastgeber anschreiben. Die Handtücher sind abgezählt, so gab es beispielsweise nur 2 Geschirrtücher. Die Leistung des Boilers reicht nicht dafür aus, dass eine Person duschen und die andere ein heißes Bad nehmen kann. Vor dem Haus riecht es manchmal unangenehm nach Kloake. Mit der Müllentsorgung hätte es fast ein Problem gegeben, denn man wollte uns zumuten, unseren Müll mitzunehmen statt wegzuwerfen Man sollte außerdem beachten, dass vom Wohnzimmer zu den Schlafzimmern eine hübsche, aber steile und enge Wendeltreppe führt. Wir hatten jedoch keine Schwierigkeiten damit, da wir mit Kabinentrolleys reisten und keine Mobilitätseinschränkungen haben. Insgesamt ist eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung, die wir bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt gerne wieder buchen würden.

Vacances de mai avec beaucoup de pluie

L'appartement est aménagé de manière très luxueuse. On voit les vieilles poutres en bois à plusieurs endroits, mais tout est moderne. Il y a beaucoup de place dans les chambres, les lits sont moelleux et les armoires sont très spacieuses. L'escalier en colimaçon étroit est un défi avec une grosse valise, mais nous l'avons surmonté avec succès en unissant nos forces. Ce qui nous a le plus plu, c'est le très bon équipement de la cuisine avec des appareils, de la vaisselle et des herbes aromatiques, de l'huile d'olive, du thé et du café. Nous avons cuisiné nous-mêmes presque tous les jours. Et nous avons essayé quelques recettes tirées des livres de cuisine disponibles. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la grande terrasse en raison du temps.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous reviendrons volontiers.Oliver, Tanja et Annabelle

Knus weekend

Heel verzorgd huisje. Super leuk met Halloween thema gedecoreerd. Alles was aanwezig. Kan niets benoemen wat er zou missen. Zeer goede locatie voor wandelen en diverse uitstapjes.
