Hannah's Hideaway is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach home that is located in a very quiet neighborhood on the FIRST row! Just a short drive or 5 minute walk to the North Jetty. 3 minute drive from the ferry & 1.7 miles from the first beach access! This home has an open floor plan between the living room, kitchen & dining area. Living room has 2 sliding glass doors so you can see the Gulf from the couch, 58 inch TV with Roku & Netflix, dvd player. There is a large charcoal grill & picnic table downstairs (bring your own charcoal), plenty of seating on the porch to relax & enjoy that beautiful view! Master bedroom has a King bed with your own bathroom tub/shower combo) large closet with iron & ironing board. Bedroom 2- has a queen bed, closet & TV roku & netflix. Bedroom 3- has 2 bunk beds, closet & tv roku & netflix. Bedroom 4- bunk bed, tv roku & netflix. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, silverware, cups, plates, toaster, waffle maker, coffee maker, full size fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, pantry. Toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags are provided at a limited quantity. Be sure to bring your personal essentials.. shampoo/conditioner/ body wash. Bed sheets, quilts, pillows, extra blankets, bath towels are provided- just bring your own beach towels! Smoking/Vaping are NOT allowed. Pets are NOT allowed. You can sit on the porch and stare out into the gulf with un obstructive views of the Bolivar Peninsula. Watch ships go by, bird watch, just sit back and relax. *MUST BE 30 YRS OF AGE TO RESERV* DO NOT EXCEED 10 guest & 3 vehicle max at ANY TIME! No parking on the grass, street or septic system! NO parties/ events/ gatherings/reunions! No fryers in the house, on the deck or under the house. No cooking on the deck or under the house. No bonfires in the yard. NO smoking/vaping. evidence of smoking inside will result in an additional $200 from deposit for deep clean of entire house & its contents. All trash MUST be bagged and placed in bins provided. Do not leave trash on the ground nor on top of the bins. This includes cigarettes!! If you smoke outside, do not leave your cigarettes anywhere, do not put out cigarettes on deck nor furniture. House is inspected after each departure and if found, you will be held liable for any damages to property (including deck, furniture, yard) No pets. RV's, motor homes, dirt bikes, campers, 4 wheelers, UTV, etc are not permitted on premises. If you have to use the key and do not return it upon checkout, $50 fee will be charged. Property is inspected before check in & upon departure. If any damage occurs during your stay, you will be charged for all damages. If the property is left dirty & disarray, you will be charge an additional $300 for cleaning. In the event of an ordered evacuation due to hurricane or other storms, you are required by state law to evacuate the property, no refunds will be given. Please know that parking is limited, 2 vehicle max. A small car may park under the house, if you are in a truck park in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited. Renter assumes responsibility/ liability for any damage/ loss of their own vehicle and/or contents therein. This house is on a septic system- DO NOT PUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILETS!! ONLY park in the driveway, you will be held responsible for any damage to the septic system. If any of the house rules are violated, you face being removed from the property and loss of all monies paid. There are 2 security cameras located on the property. One is located above the driveway and another is facing the front door.

I am a wife and a mother of a teenage daughter. I have 2 yorkies & a doxie whom are spoiled rotten. My husband and I own Hannah's Hideaway & Lake Whitney Log Cabin, which are our vacation homes.
Why they chose this property
We absolutely love this neighborhood as it is very quiet. The house is on the first row with Unobstructed views of the peninsula/ bolivar flats. You can sit on the patio and enjoy the beautiful views of the gulf, watch ships and listen to the birds (great place for birders). It is approximately 3 minutes from the first beach access, 5 minute walk to the north jetty & short drive to the ferry.
What makes this property unique
Located on the quieter side of the peninsula with a very short drive to the first beach access. Can’t beat the beautiful unobstructed views of the gulf. Bring your binoculars and you can see Galveston, all the ships docked out in the gulf.
