Family-Corporate Home on 1 Acre - 10 minutes from DFW Airport

Family home on 1 acre lot with LOTS of entertainment- pool, hottub, bbq kitchen in gazebo with large TV. Basketball, tennis, cornhole, deck by creek. Two Gas fire pits - 1 up under the gazebo 1 out on the deck by creek. Inside lots of flatscreen tv (60" in master and den) -8’ pool table inside

There is absolutely NO LOUD PARTIES. Our neighbors are very friendly BUT this is Family Home- you can have lots of fun, but have to be respectable. If there are complaints your stay will be cancelled.

what is 8 out of 10?? why 4 stars....??? i responded quickly to the couple of small issues- as you said and followed up several times stopping by to check in and they said it was all good! You had an unapproved dog and broke a picture and i gave you 5 stars...... CRAZY!!! This is after last years issues! Same house as last year so you know what to expect and gave high reviews.

Great home, great location!

The home was fantastic! Location was great! Easy to work with the homeowner on any issues that came up with prompt responses. Great property, just like an adult playground! Hope to be back next year!

Scott was a great host. He responded quickly to any messages. He has a beautiful house with a nice outside. YouTube TV was a big plus. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub/pool and basketball court.

Visiting from Vermont

We were due to fly in from Vermont to Texas to visit family. We were so excited to stay in this house we booked 4 months prior only to have the host cancel on us less than 48 hours to our check in. I'm pretty sure they would have waited until we were on their door step if I hadn't sent a reminder message. Took more than a week to get refunded. If we were in a different financial situation this would have killed our trip. Could you imagine if your vrbo host canceled on you 48 hours before a trip during one of the most busy times of year? Only to scramble to find something comparable? It was close to impossible. Renters BEWARE. THIS HOUSE IS A SCAM!!!

Unfair Review- the City of Coppell stuck a sign in my yard stating "Immediately stop rental due to new zoning requirements". I immediately notified the guests. I was very apologetic and offered to help find them a comparable rental but they said it was fine. I also immediately applied to VRBO to refund their $. I am currently restricted to 30 day+ rentals- no short term. I felt really bad this happened. we have been renting for years and 1st below 5 start review
