A place of renewal and discovery.The Villa is located in the agricultural family hamlet which has partly become a gite, close to the Canal du Midi between Toulouse and Carcassonne. A renovated individual country house with large spaces, a fireplace in winter, an oasis of nature, freedom, conviviality and relaxation around the barbecue, the heated swimming pool, billiards, pétanque... everyone has their own rhythm in the middle major cultural and natural sites in Occitania. All season, ideal for family, friends'gatherin or for accommodation as part of a professional mission, in a region with gastronomy and a culture rich in Mediterranean, Lauragais and Pyrenees influences.
The house is closed to all amenities (local farm shops, bakeries, butchers, post office, bank, cinema, supermarkets...).
