Charming cottage in Assérac, near sea, private garden, wifi
This former shoemaker's house has been renovated into a semi-detached gîte, located in the village of Assérac (local shops), 2 km from the salt marshes and hiking trails, 5 km from the sea, 11 km from Guérande, and 20 km from La Baule.
Free public parking is available in front of the gîte.
Terrace and enclosed flower garden of 200 m² (southwest facing).
Ground floor: Bright living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate toilet, and laundry room.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (each with a 140x190 cm bed) and shower room/toilet.
Second floor: Open-plan attic bedroom (3 90x190 cm beds).
Additional amenities include: Wi-Fi, baby bed/high chair.
Included: sheets (beds made upon arrival).
Not included: Electricity, electric heating, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and tourist tax.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- Towels: €5.39 per person per stay
- End-of-stay cleaning: €86.21 per stay
