Our fully stocked kitchenette boasts a full-size refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, and both a drip coffee maker and french press for your morning brew. The bathroom offers towels, washcloths, and makeup towels, as well as a stackable washer and dryer with detergent provided. Relax in the living room with a 42-inch Roku TV and fast wifi, typically around 200mbps. Book now for a cozy and convenient stay!

Hello, I’m Lamar, I’ve lived in the Holmes County, Ohio area my entire life. I spent my formative years growing up on a dairy farm just outside of Mt. Hope where we milked around 50 cows. In 2006, Dad was forced to sell the farm due to being injured in an incident on the farm. At that point in time, I was first introduced to the world of hospitality when my parents bought a 46-acre property called Tranquil Acres Cabins, where they have rental cabins. For years I observed them running Tranquil Acres, and occasionally helping with projects that my Dad needed help with while working other jobs. In more recent years, I have taken a more active role in Tranquil Acres Cabins, as well as now hosting guests here. The thing I enjoy the most about hospitality is the opportunity to meet great people from other states and even internationally. If there is anything I can do to make your stay better, please let me know! I want to give you a stress-free stay.
