This fully furnished 3 bed 2 bath house sleeps 9. (10 if you want to sleep on a futon!) and is the perfect location for attending ball tournaments, swim meets, and concerts at the new SMPA! Enjoy cooking meals in your fully furnished kitchen, streaming your favorite show on the smart tv, and even doing a load of laundry between ballgames. The back patio provides a cozy sitting area to relax after a long day or enjoy your morning coffee.
You're exactly 1 mile from all downtown has to offer!

Downstairs: kitchen, living/dining, laundry as well as king sized bedroom and full bathroom with tub.

UPSTAIRS: There is one bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with the twin over queen bunk beds and futon. (the futon is best for children, as they aren't very comfortable.)

Great for us 3!

It was perfect for my two sisters and myself for seven days! i can't imagine being in there with 10 people! Our only problem was that it was warm/hot a couple of days and the upstairs was very uncomfortable. So, downstairs had to be too cold to cool the upstairs to a moderate cool.

Baseball weekend

For our purpose, the location could not have been better. There was a Gary Allen concert on Friday evening until 11:00 pm but everything was quiet after that.

Perfect for our travel ball trip

Location is great. Close to everything and only a couple minutes from the ball field. Master bed was comfy. Kind of wished there was a TV in the master bedroom but it was only a 2 day stay so no biggie. Would highly recommend!
