Perfect stay for those trips to SMPA! You'll enjoy this spacious 4 bedroom home with a spacious game room, one block from the park. The house sleeps 9. The fenced in backyard with outdoor seating is a great feature for watching the the kids play or relaxing after a long day. You're just a 3 minute drive to all that Albertville's downtown entertainment district has to offer.

You have great neighbors on both sides! This is where we lived until we built our house out in the country. The kids and I walked to the park often when we'd go to the water park or baseball practice.

Everything with the place was top notch. Plenty of comfortable seating in the great room for everyone to enjoy watching the game. All rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. The only drawback was a minimal number of towels, but we made it work. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice stay. House is bigger than it looks from the outside. It was clean and worked fine for our party of 8.About a 15 minute walk to the ampatheater using the short cut, thrue the park. Its not literally across the street, but close.

Clean & Centrally Located

We had a weekend baseball tournament at Sand Mountain Park. This house was a perfect fit for our family of 6. It is a bit dated, but plenty of room for everyone, was very clean, and the area seemed to be very safe.

House was very big on the inside, plenty of seating in living room. Loveseat has some very bad stains and hallway bathtub was not clean. There were not enough towels, wash clothes for my family of 8. The bed with the twin on top had stained linens and not enough pillows. No extra blankets to use. Owner was super nice to work with and very accommodating. I would stay again. Sometimes the owner is not aware of the issues if no one post.
