WE WELCOME LONG/SHORT TERM RENTALS for whatever needs.
Our spacious 3bdrm, 2 bath, has a Office Area, TV in L.R. w/Roku, MB has a TV, Open Floor Plan, kitchen seating for 6, Outdoor Deck w/table and 2 chairs, fire pit with a cooking grate and Gas BBQ grill. Conveniently located to Sand Mountain Park and Amphitheater plus all major cities such as Huntsville, Birmingham, Nashville, Chattanooga and Atlanta!

Property is located in a Country Setting , Spaciously and Privately located to BEAUTIFUL Lake Guntersville for fabulous fishing, boating and skiing, in which is only 3 miles away, plenty of room to roam and watch for deer or fox in the neighboring properties! Sand Mountain Park and Amphitheater is a few miles away! Come enjoy a concert or the water park/dog park! Or enjoy a host of many dining options in the area!

Heaven in the country

It was wonderful staying at Sandra’s place. It was nice and quiet with plenty of room for parking. It was close to restaurants, stores and the lake. I would recommend going there for vacation.

Perfect for our ball tournament at Sand Mtn Park!!

The property was just like the pictures and description states. Checking in was simple. So many extras that we didn’t have to bring anything or buy anything. Shampoo and body wash, laundry detergent, spices for cooking, coffee for the coffee pot! Great location, safe and only 8 minutes to the ball field. Would definitely stay again.

Christmas Stay at Reel Deal, 3rd time stay

This is our third time to stay at this property and as always it did not disappoint. We chose this place because it is close to our daughter's home and the setup is perfect to have our granddaughter and her family to stay with us as well. Our host, Sandra and Jim are very accommodating. When we needed to add another night at the last minute they were happy to help us. The property is welcome and homey. The kitchen is set up so that you can cook a full meal if necessary. I highly reccommend this property for a quiet, comfortable get away.

We came down for Thanksgiving from San Antonio TX to spend time with my family and the property was great...location was great and the scenery was peaceful.
