Great location and host

This property is just a few blocks south of Westgate Mall and west of Coulter Rd which was very convenient near the home of our family member that we were visiting in the Belmar neighborhood. The house is nice and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was a leak around one of the skylights in the sunroom during a heavy summer downpour which made the daybed in there unusable, and one person had to sleep on the couch. I notified the owner, and she said she’d get that taken care of. We were only there 2 nights, and we didn’t have rain the next night, so we were able to use that bed.

Cute and cozy house in a quite neighborhood

We definitely enjoyed our stay here! The pictures online and the description are exactly what you will find. We loved the fact that we could use the garage to park and it's attached to the house. Check in was so easy! And also the communication between the owner and me was so nice and fast, she would respond to my messages so fast! Kids played outside for a little bit, so the back yard was a huge plus. Also, the house is close to everything, like close close. The only thing we needed and it didn't have was a blender, but definitely not a deal breaker. And also, the neighbor's dog bark like a lot and very loudly; I have dogs so it didn't bothered me, but one of our friends doesn't have dogs and he said he couldn't sleep through the barks. Other than those 2 little things everything was perfect. My husband and kids will definitely consider staying here next time we visit Amarillo, TX. Thanks for everything Ms Sandy!!!

Family Event in Amarillo

It worked well as a place to stay during a recent family event. We had seven adults and plenty of room to sleep and also to enjoy each other's company.

Very comfortable

The house was as advertised. Very well located in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable home and very responsive owner. The sewer line backed up and the plumber indicated it was scheduled to be replaced. The owner responded immediately when we notified her of an issue with drainage.
