Named after the stone mason who first lived in this historic home built in 1895. Here you will find all of the modern amenities you'd expect. Tastefully decorated to be the oasis you desire on your trip. Comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces for you to relax. Easily walk to downtown Colorado Springs and enjoy everything it has to offer.

KITCHEN
You may utilize the fully loaded cottage kitchen. You will find plenty of tools for making some delicious meals in the kitchen.
We provide salt, pepper, pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, fridge, dishwasher, electric range, oven, microwave, waffle maker, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and pour-over.

DINING
There is a small table and chairs located in the kitchen that may also be used for dining or as a work space.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen for your convenience. Laundry detergent is provided. An iron and ironing board are located in the master bedroom closet.

LIVING ROOM
Lounge on the comfortable couch and enjoy Netflix, Hulu or SlingTV on the 60" TV via Chromecast. The house manual is located on the coffee table and provides local food and attraction recommendations, emergency contact information and answers to just about any questions that could come up.

MASTER
It has an extremely comfortable queen bed and fresh linens for you comfort. It has a ceiling fan for warmer days. There is a spacious closet with hangers for your convenience.

BATH
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. We also provide fresh towels and wash cloths for your stay. There is a hair dryer as well.

SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom includes a twin sized bed with a mother twin trundle bed below it.

FAMILY TRAVEL
There is a Pack N Play located in the second bedroom.

BUSINESS TRAVEL
Keyless entry is available for your convenience as well as fast WIFI.

OUTSIDE
There is a beautiful backyard that you may enjoy. The yard at the cottage is private, fenced in and is for your use. There are string lights, chairs and a small table on the porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Or relax around the fire pit!

Cute Cottage

The house was very clean and we loved the vibe! Perfect size for our family of four and super close to downtown shops and restaurants. The host was super kind and helpful!

Awesome little house

This house was exactly as listed! It was in a good location for activities in Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak! Our family of 4 fit very nicely. The backyard was perfect to enjoy dinner and play games.

Downtown Colorado Springs House

House located in downtown Colorado Springs. It's in a good location and generally family friendly. The owner was easy to work with. Our only complaint is that the upkeep of the house was not very good. The house definitely needed a better cleaning between guests (used/hairy soap in bathroom, dirty floors, dirty appliances, etc.), the backyard area/patio is in poor shape, and some of the kitchen appliances were broken. We would also say the house it not great for smaller toddlers. There were a lot of things laying around that were not safe for small kids to get into. But, in general it worked and was in a convenient location.

Comfortable and cozy!

The property was the perfect size for our family of four. We enjoyed the living room while watching movies, the backyard for outside games and grilling, and the amenities. The house stayed very cool and comfortable. The bathroom and bedrooms were very clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back. The property location allowed us easy access to all parts of Colorado Springs!
