This residence features two separate units that are both short term rentals–one main floor and one upper level suite. The two units share the front door, but each unit has a private entrance. This is a historic 136 year old home! Please know older homes come sometimes creaky floors, and other quirks. Kindly note the living areas in this unit are small. There is a dining table in the corner of the room that seats about 2–3 people.
This home has two window AC units, one in each bedroom window. There is NO central AC in this unit.
The backyard and laundry amenities are shared amenities. To access the laundry room, guests staying in the upper unit will need to use the exterior door located on the side of the house.
For safety, security cameras are installed outside the property. No cameras are inside the property for your privacy.
Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.
