The Space:
Welcome to our thoughtfully curated short-term rental in Colorado Springs, perfect for couples, small families, and business travelers.

In our cozy duplex home, you'll enjoy the spacious east-facing unit all to yourself. Meticulously designed to meet your every need, our home is perfect for business trips, vacations, or weekend getaways.

KITCHEN
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, including pots, pans, and spices. Start your day with fresh coffee from our Keurig machine.

BEDROOM
The bedroom features a comfy queen mattress, and we can provide a Pack n Play and highchair if you have a little one with you.

BATHROOM
The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and comes stocked with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We also provide a hairdryer, first aid kit, and extra toilet paper to ensure your stay is easy and comfortable.

LAUNDRY
For your convenience, there's a washer and dryer located in the bedroom.

YARD
Our outdoor space offers privacy and features a grill and picnic table. Gather around the grill for cookouts or enjoy s'mores under the stars in the evenings.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all areas of the listing to include the washer/dryer in the unit available for use at any time during your stay as well as the fully enclosed, private yard.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with a lovely park located directly across the street. It is also located just down the road from several restaurants and coffee shops and is a 1 minute drive from the US Olympic Training Center. It is across the street from Memorial Hospital as well!

Getting Around:
Traveling by car is the best way to get to the main attractions of Downtown Colorado Springs but there are PikeRide electric bicycles and new electric scooters (Lime and Veo) not too far from house for those who like to jet around!

The Olympic Training Center is located only a few minutes walk away!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.

Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late

This listing is for one unit of the duplex. Each side has it's own separate yard, parking, and entrance. It is a side-by-side duplex with only one shared wall.
