The property was really clean and easily accessible. The host clearly communicates with any issues or concerns. Only complaint would be the no AC BUT the property manager clearly communicates it and provides fans for a comfortable stay.

This is a perfect place for a couple or sisters who can share a bed together. The listing stated it had 2 living rooms with a bed on each and one bedroom however, what it has is a queen bed in a partitioned room with a pull up single bed in its mini hallway. The host later informed me that she right away corrected the misunderstanding on vrbo. The place is very lovely though, with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen has all that one may need to cook a meal. The place was clean upon arrival and the check-in was very smooth for us. The host is very welcoming and sweet - she left a vase of flowers with a birthday card on our doorstep for my birthday, which I totally appreciated. The place is cozy and very close to the downtown area where my dog and I can have our morning walks and went straight to the breakfast place before going back to the cottage. We enjoyed our stay here.

Overall amazing experience, great location, fit two people perfectly. The Host is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The house has plenty of information about hiking and food. Amazing experience overall, I hope to come back to this exact listing

Everything was excellent from the location and its proximity to so many Colorado Springs attractions, to the attention to detail and cleanliness of the property. The cottage had everything I needed for a restful mini vay-cay. The bed was super comfortable. I stayed for a few nights while visiting family in the Springs and it was nice to have a place to call my own while I was there. The communication with the host was perfect and check-in and out was easy. I wouldn't change a thing about Sigrid's cottage.

Loved the vibe - Sigrid prioritizes environmental stewardship and has an earthy decor highlighting Colorado nature. We value VRBOs with non- corporate hosts and enjoyed meeting her. Very accommodating to our 1/2 hour early arrival too, which does not exist for more commercial places. We will likely be back to this one!
