In the heart of Colorado Springs, our basement apartment is a cozy getaway! We are located less than 15 minutes from Colorado's most iconic attractions, including Garden of the Gods and the Air Force Academy. This 1BR/1BA unit offers a homey living space with numerous amenities including a washer/dryer, kitchenette, and dining area. Enjoy your own private-entry with a dedicated outdoor space for enjoying the fresh air.

We want you to feel welcome and comfortable whether you are staying here for business, to relax, or just passing through. We've designed this space with you in mind. The Keystone Cottage combines cozy simplicity with a genuine Colorado feel. Clean colors, warm wood, and green plants greet you as you enter.

-We have a little one upstairs. You will hear footsteps and occasional loud yells during your stay. We do try to limit noise when possible.
-We host a gathering at our house on Sunday evenings so, on these nights, you should expect more foot traffic above and more street traffic

Quiet, cozy, clean, and comfortable. Just what we needed. Hosts were extremely helpful as we dealt with lost luggage from our flight. Unusually comfortable sofa bed. And nice extras like breakfast oatmeal and hot air popcorn popper with seasonings. We plan to book again.

I loved this property. It was the perfect size for myself and my son, would be ideal as an apartment for 1 person. Loved the spacious kitchen/dining area, enjoyed the TV/sitting area, and there was ample space in the bedroom (with shelves for longer stays). The showerhead was amazing, better than mine at home. I can tell the hosts have put a lot of work into the apartment. And we appreciated the oatmeal, tea, and coffee service they provided. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. I was able to arrange for a late checkout without issue. My only suggestion would be to replace the mattress or put on a mattress topper, as it wasn't the most comfortable. But I otherwise couldn't have asked for a better space. Very close to GoG and the USAFA with easy highway access to other parts of town. Highly recommended!
