Deborah is very accommodating. Her team provide great accommodations at all of their rentals. We have stayed at more than one of their places and have only good things to say about our experiences. Thanks for providing such a great air B&B for our many trips to Colorado Springs!

It was such a nice cozy space and great jumping point for so many areas…Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, 7 waterfalls, etc.
This little cabin was perfect for me and my husband. Had everything we needed and was cute and clean. Just outside of town, but a short drive to all of the places we wanted to go.

Cozy cabin
It was a very cozy cabin with secluded area. Hung out in the evening after hiking outside and built a fire. A very relaxing place.

So glad you enjoyed it! Please come back and visit us again!
We had an amazing stay at the cabin. Everything is just how it's listed on VRBO. It's close to several attractions and places to hike. The wifi worked great and we were even able to stream some of our shows in the evening. We asked for extra towels one day and they got them to us in a timely manner. We spotted deer in the front lawn a few evenings when we came back to the cabin. The bed is very comfortable also. Can't wait to come back!
It was just great!! loved everything about it wish we could have stayed longer. kitchen fully stocked with all the spices and appliances, coffee and filters bathroom toiletries as well it was wonderful
We loved the cozy cabin. We saw so many deer in the front yard(highlight of the trip). Thank you for everything!

Quaint cabin. Well located to Co Springs and parks. Living area and bathroom were clean, but pizza box with scraps was left in the oven, old coffee grounds left in coffee maker and no toilet paper.
We have stayed on Deb's properties on several occasions. Her attention to detail and ability to create a perfect atmosphere to enjoy the Colorado landscape is amazing. She is quick to respond and very easy to work with. While we had to cancel our stay last minute due to a medical emergency Deb was very understanding and beyond fair with with. THANK YOU DEB! :). We look forward to staying again in the future.
Nice spot though not supplied with TP and closet very difficult to use especially with vacuum blocking entrance

Cozy little property!
My husband and I enjoyed 5 nights in this cozy little cabin. The property is exactly what you see in the photos and was very enjoyable. It was a little less remote than anticipated, as there is a main road very close by, but that was not a problem for us. The only reason I am giving four stars is that there is a communal laundry room (for all cabins) attached to the property. It is only accessible from the outside, but it was a little unexpected to have other guests or residents coming and going from our property. Not a huge issue at all, just wish that aspect had been made more clear! Fabulous price and definitely preferable to a hotel.

Todo me pareció excelente , el lugar y las comodidades eran exactas para lo que queríamos , nos enamoramos del lugar , definitivamente volveremos
We enjoyed our 5 night stay in Cabin F! Had everything that we needed and more. Loved the skylight over the shower/bathtub. The kitchen was well equipped. The king-sized bed was too big for us, couldn't find each other (as we are used to a full-sized bed) LOL. Didn't see any deer on the property until right before we were leaving. Gas grill was nice to have. Didn't get a chance to use the gas firepit. Beautiful view from the cabin. Loved all the trees! Would recommend this cozy little cabin for 2.

About the host
Hosted by Debra Gerdin
As an Army family of six, we had the opportunity to travel around the world, but are thrilled to have finally settled down in Colorado Springs.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Colorado Springs and this property 13 years ago. This particular cabin is one of seven cabins, which were built in 1925, on six and a half acres of forested land. Although we have fully renovated the 90 year old homes, their history remains largely intact.
What makes this property unique
We will do what we can to insure our guests a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
