The cottage is so beautifully designed, so charming, and absolutely immaculate! The purpose of our trip was to visit Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak and the proximity to the cottage was a huge plus. This place is perfect for a couple and Bryana has thought of all the details, from the coffee & tea bar to toiletries to the helpful “guidebook” of the cottage and the area.

This was my husband's and my first time not staying in a hotel when we travel! We couldn't be more more pleased with how at home we felt while staying, definitely a better experience than a hotel. Very clean and the host was very friendly and answered any questions we had quickly.

The Cozy Cottage was very clean and decorated very cute. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to make meals. The location was good for Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, and the Pikes Peak train.

This home was exactly as portrayed. It has everything you need and more. The host provided snacks, coffee, drinks and even breakfast. The bedding, linen, towels, etc, made you feel as if you were in an expensive hotel. We were only there one night but I highly recommend this home.
