The Cozy Cottage

Coming to Old Colorado City you can tell that it is a fun little town filled with history! This cottage will allow you the opportunity to explore all the area has to offer! We finished a full remodel from floor to roof in September of 2020. We chose to furnish it with minimal, yet modern furniture to make the space roomy and comfortable yet its stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy all that our beautiful slice of Colorado has to offer. You'll enjoy a beautiful, clean bathroom and the kitchen is filled with everything you'll need to prepare your own food. The plush queen size bed offers the rest you desire after your exciting Colorado adventures. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for you to come make lifelong memories!

We had a great stay at the cozy cottage. It is exceptionally clean, cozy and comfortable. We were missing something expected in the kitchen and when I inquired about it the hostess was quick to respond and brought the needed item right over. Comfy bed, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

This cottage was absolutely perfect for our short visit. I can’t wait to come back. The host was great with communication with check-in and check-out. The cottage was just as described. Cozy, clean, warm and so inviting! There were little touches that made it feel just perfect. It is in a perfect location so close to so many great places to eat and visit! I highly recommend Garden of the Gods, The Omelette Parlor for breakfast (half off omelettes from 6-7a) Shame and Regret for Cocktails, IvyWild for dinner! My daughter and I only wish we could have stayed longer!

This space was beautiful! Clean and exactly like the pictures! Close enough to walk to Old Colorado City where there are shops and restaurants. Can literally see the mountains from the backyard! Was very peaceful which was a plus since we had our 7 month old with us. Really enjoyed having our own parking space off the street. The host was always quick to respond. 10/10 recommend and would love to stay here again if we are ever back in CO Springs.

We loved our stay here! The host was very welcoming and provided a big variety of useful amenities and snacks. The cottage was super clean and put-together and the area it’s in felt safe. It’s also very close to tons of fun activities – Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and Manitou Springs were some highlights.
