Place was as advertised. Stayed at many VRBO and this one seemed to be the cleanest...even the tops of door frames were dusted. Old house with lots of character with all the necessities within minutes. Also a great jumping off point for the major attraction. Happy to stay here again.

This home was perfect for us in every way. Extremely cozy, conveniently located and very well equipped. It allowed us to have a relaxing stay while exploring Colorado Springs. We were visited by a beautiful mule deer one evening while we were relaxing out back

This home is filled with character and the location is perfection! You can walk to the Broadmoor and enjoy the dear all around you. We LOVED the vibe in the backyard with the hot tub, the grill, and the green space. We ate all of our meals out there!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage filled with beautiful antiques. It was clean with a well-stocked bright kitchen. The beds and pillows were comfortable! We did not use the hot tub (unfortunately) but maybe next time. Thanks to Curtis for the excellent communication and care for the guests’ experience in his house!

We loved our stay in this snow white like cottage in the mountains! This home is almost right on the trails and close to everything you would want to explore in Colorado Springs. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed with lots of options for sleeping arrangements for our four kiddos. Our children loved the hot tub, back yard games, and the board games that were provided. This was a lovely place to stay.

Property was clean, comfortable master bed, lacks adequate heat for home, listing is clear for laundry but it is difficult to get to the area especially with bad weather. Kitchen pans need to be updated. Would not use hot tub, smell from chlorine was too strong.

Beautiful and clean, with lots of character and privacy. Host is diligent about maintaining the inside and outside as well as the hot tub and was very gracious. There were a lot of extras that made our stay enjoyable. Very convenient location to town but felt like we were in the forest. Loved the uniqueness of the property. Host was responsive, and the cottage felt like home.

We came for the zoo and this place was great! Welp kept and clean. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and in a good location of town; not too far from anything. We loved the old/historic features of the home. I'm sure we will look into this place for future visits!

My partner and I stayed here for a few days and it was amazing! Curtis was very hospitable and helpful. The house had so much charm and spirit. The hot tub was a plus! We loved the location and how quiet it was. I highly recommend staying here. It was a quick drive to all the popular destinations. The DVD player was a plus! There were lots of good movies to choose from.

The home had lots of warm charm and located in a very mountain vibe area. Curtis was friendly and communicative. The hot tub was so relaxing! Thankful to have a pack and play and a highchair available for our kids.
