Downtown Colorado Springs Modern Farmhouse suite is set in Downtown Colorado Springs and offers accommodation with an equipped full kitchen. 2 Bedrooms 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 full bath with separate entrance. Free Wi Fi is available throughout the venue to keep you connected.

At this home you'll be within a 20-minute walk of Olympic Training Center and 0.7 miles from Patty Jewett Golf Course. This property is 1.2 miles from the city center. You will reach the United States Air Force Academy within a 30 minute drive.
Colorado Springs airport is based 10 miles away from the venue.

*****Our home hosts two amazing vacation rentals. Mountain home is on the main level and boasts an open modern vibe. Guests typically don't notice the other visitors. There are separate entrances for each unit and both offer complete privacy.******

Guests that rent our above the garage rental need to access the rental by walking past the patio door. We hope that this wont be bothersome if you choose to rent from us but we like to list it for full transparency. All bedrooms have room darkening curtains and offer complete privacy.

The hot tub and outdoor areas are a shared space.

Although the outdoor spaces are shared guests rarely interact. If you have further questions please reach out. Owners are very responsive, take pride in their home, and are excited to host you.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood is very good and quiet. We felt safe at all times. Close to downtown and very convenient location for access to all area attractions.

10/10 perfection would stay again

We stayed at this home for 4 nights, and not once wished we stayed anywhere else. The location was perfect- it was close to town and secluded at the end of the street. They had everything you could think of. The home and the hot tub were clean and we were able to enjoy everything worry free. The host was good with checking in to see if we needed anything as well.

Smart choice

This was a very nice property at the end of the street in a safe location. The property has been updated very nicely and is comfortable and clean. Property managers were super fast to respond to any communication and made the stay very relaxing. Would highly recommend. Cheers, John

The house was EXTREMELY comfortable and well stocked. Even had some Extra supplies in the kitchen. The furniture and decor was very welcoming. Quiet location and nice area.

Our stay was great. The home was equipped with everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to a full stocked bathroom. I recommend getting another can opener. The one currently at the house does not work. And perhaps update the pillows in the master bedroom. Other than those small items our stay was pleasant and we would rent again if afforded the opportunity. 5 stars on cleanliness and hospitality!!!

Family weekend

Perfect for my husband and I visiting my daughter for parents weekend at CC. Our daughter stayed with us and we were able to enjoy meals together, use the hot tub, watch tv, all the usual things we’d do at home. The home is small but well laid out and on a quiet dead end road and close to everything we needed. Very well equipped and comfortable.

Beautiful home

This house was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The owners were phenomenal about questions and answering in a quick manner. If back in the area, I would definitely rent here again. The location was perfect as we didn’t have to drive far to get to all of our bucket list!

Perfect Getaway

This was a perfect spot for our stay. We were there a week and loved every minute of it. The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. TV’s in every room, clean and spacious jacuzzi, nice bbq indoor and outdoor spaces. It offers privacy on a quiet street surrounded by trees. Not to mention, it was close to many of the sights we wanted to see in town. Close to downtown and Old Colorado Springs and many of the popular places you want to see while in town. The owners were great about checking in with us during our stay and made sure we knew that if anything was wrong they could be reached.
