About this property

This is not the whole house; it's our private basement apartment where we have garnered over 400 5-star reviews on another popular booking platform! Whether you are looking for clean, quiet accommodations for two or a space big enough for you and five of your closest friends, La Bella Terra fits the bill. Close to many attractions yet set in a serene neighborhood, our basement suite features a kitchenette with enough appliances to cook a gourmet meal, a super comfy king size bed in the private bedroom plus two additional double futon beds in the living room and elegant finishing touches. There’s even a ping pong table in your suite! Don't forget your swim suits to enjoy the 5-person hot tub after a long day of sight-seeing or visiting with family and friends or enjoy a BBQ in the backyard. There is a 55" TV in the living area with Netflix and another large TV in the master bedroom. We've even added a comfy leather recliner to make your stay feel more like home.

You'll enter through the private side entrance and come on into the private lobby. Head downstairs to your suite and enjoy the peace and quiet. We live on the upstairs floors but Steve and I are very quiet and want your stay to be enjoyable.

We offer extra amenities like a coffee/tea bar, snacks, salt/pepper, shampoo/conditioner, robes, games, movies, and flip flops for your foray to the hot tub. We even provide a white noise machine in the bedroom!

We've been hosting satisfied guests since 2016 and we hope you will give us the opportunity to show you some 5-star hospitality!

Perfect weekend retreat

We loved our stay at LaBella Terra! We had access to everything we needed amd more. The hot tub was so nice for recovery after the trek up the Manitou Incline. Viola and Steve were lovely hosts and thought of just about everything. We appreciated all the little notes and visitor guides. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.
