Charming little house in a renovated farm.
Ideally located in the heart of a pretty village 20 minutes by car or train from Lille, Lens and Douai, 15 minutes by car from the airport, 1h20 by car from Eurotunnel Shuttle. Train station 5 mins walk.

Decreasing price for stays of one week or more (business trips or other).

On the ground floor, vaulted brick ceiling, fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, old tiled floors, 2 bedrooms with beams.
Private parking space in farmyard (for a standard car, no van or caravan).
All shops and restaurants in the village.
We live nearby and are attentive to welcoming you in the best conditions.

Très agréable séjour à Phalempin chez Hugues. Ancienne fermette aménagée en logements. Celui de Hugues est plaisant, fonctionnel et tout est complet. A savoir que l'escalier est un peu raide. L'environnement est calme et la place de parking est un plus. Je recommande.

L'environnement est calme, les commerces de proximité sont très agréables, le logement est bien équipé et d'une grande propreté. La gare toute proche, avec un cadencement régulier des trains, permet de découvrir les ressources de la métropole Lilloise sans en subir les désagréments. Qui plus est, Hugues est un hôte très accueillant, réactif et disponible. Vous venez de trouver l'endroit parfait pour un excellent séjour.

Très bel endroit très pratique

Excellent petit appartement duplex avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Confortable et spacieux jusqu’à 4 personnes.
