This was a very nice loft, had everything you’d need. Also in a very cool section of Utica. Place was super clean and owner was very available and helpful for any questions! A++

Great location for where we needed to be. 5 minute walk to the rink. 3 floor walk up may be a challenge. Food and excellent restaurants close by. Knead to eat , best breakfast place! Tailor and Bakercwas a great choice for dinner. Nina’s pizza was out of this world great!! We used on street parking the entire weekend. Thank you to our host!

The property was nice n clean. But check in was difficult. We were in t property around 4:30pm on a hurry to check in n change for a wedding, but it came out we couldn’t get in , cause t host forgot we r coming n didn’t prepare t place. Other than that problem it was quite good n well maintained place.

Pretty place to stay in Utica. The location wasn’t the best and you had to move car at night and walk. But how often do I visit Utica- it was worth it

Amazing Spot!

This is our second time staying here. We only stay over night, as it’s a half way point for us on our way to Vermont, but it’s perfect if you’re wanting to stay longer. The location is amazing and the apartment is clean and comfy. There’s a cute little coffee spot underneath it that makes the best breakfast sandwiches and a solid cold brew. Communication is fast. There are quite a few stairs if you’re not looking to walk up to the third floor, but we think it’s totally worth it. ☺️
