Thank you, Mr. Tim, for recognizing that the interior of our property is great and that our communication was very good. You rated the neighborhood where our property is located as bad. Mr. Tim, this bad neighborhood rating that you gave to the neighborhood where our listing is located, With all due respect I have to tell you that in this place we have four apartments, where one of them has been operating for about two years and the other three for an average of about a year and a half more or less on the VRBO and other important platforms, therefore between the two platforms we have accumulated more than 100 reviews of our accommodations. To date, thank God, we have not had any inconveniences with our guests in the area or with any strange person and also no damage to our guests' property. But you must know that: Utica is a growing city where buildings, houses and the entire environment are being modified and prepared to turn the city of Utica into a city as it originally was in other times.
