Pet Friendly Gulf View Unit-Amenities-Beach Access

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom newly updated vacation rental beach condo, Emerald Waters 305, sleeps 7 and is located off Scenic Gulf Dr. in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. It offers views of the Gulf from all common areas, private balcony, and a master suite. Emerald Waters is just across from the beach and provides a pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, and private beach access. It's perfect for a family getaway or a couples retreat.


Upon entering Emerald Waters 305, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Destin vacation rental on the third floor, you're presented with an open floor plan of the common areas with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The breakfast bar seats 3, while the dining area seats 4. The living area offers comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, Gulf views, and an HDTV. The Gulf view master king suite, located off the living area, offers an HDTV and a private bathroom. The guest room offers a queen over queen bunk bed, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. The master mattress was replaced in November 2021. This unit conveniently offers a washer and dryer in the vacation rental condo, along with a supply of beach chairs and boogie boards for guests to use during their stay!


Emerald Waters is located just across the beach and offers a pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, elevator, and private beach access. Close to shopping, dining, live entertainment, nightlife, and more. So go on an adventure and explore Destin! Be sure to try local fresh Gulf seafood at Pompano Joe's or the Crab Trap. Go shopping at one of the open-air shopping centers like Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall or the Destin Commons. Spend a day at Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Destin's HarborWalk Village, Baytowne's Village Wharf, and more! You will be guaranteed a fun-filled vacation! We also have golf carts available for rent, so getting around is a breeze!

Beautiful rooms well stocked with everything you could need while vacationing. We utilized balcony to chill each morning before a quick walk to beach and crystal clear waters to swim in. Well stocked kitchen for quick lunch before afternoon swim in good sized, well maintained pool. Easy access to restaurants in every direction then evening walk along beach and wind down in hot tub. Restful nights sleep in very comfortable beds. Our family of six had a superb vacation stop in Destin .

There was an abundance of towels! All necessary housewares were availabe and all appliances in good condition !Our only minor complaint was with master bed which was too high for my wife to acess easly. Also the frame stuck out on ends which was easy to bank your knee into ! Overall very nice condo!

The view is incredible, the location is excellent and close to everything you need. The access to the beach and pool is super close and convenient. The beach is to die for. The apartment had great linens and towels, and super comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked. The only thing that I would like for them to upgrade is the internet service. It was very slow and couldn’t use it. The main tv was missing the fire stick but we didn’t have time to watch a lot of tv. We will definitely coming back soon. Thanks for a great week.
