This is where the fun begins! This chalet is located in the Hideout community, within walking distance to restaurants. Our amenities include a hot tub for five people, outdoor sauna for four, firepit with adirondack chairs, grill, lower level game room ping pong, arcade, many board games and corn hole in the backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pan, coffee maker with coffee and tea included, toaster, air fryer, and the basic condiments. The home offers two gas fireplaces, living room projector, flat screens in every room and master bath with jacuzzi tub. Located in the Hideout, one of the Pocono's premier 4 season communities with amenities including two outdoor heated pools, beach, tennis and basketball courts, ski hill, club house and gym all year round. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of towels to help the cleaning lady it takes a while to dry
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any violation/citation of Hideout rules and regulations recieved by guests will be the responsiblity of guests to pay said fine.
$100 Late fee for rentals booked within 48hrs of check in date. No fireworks No loud music or noise after10PM.
A $40.00 charge for each member or guest pass not returned or lost. A fee of $25.00 per bag of garbage left behind.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The listing was very accurate. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. The hot tub, sauna, game room, and fire pit provided our family with lots of fun things to do. The host was so easy to communicate with, making the check in and check out processes very smooth. Me and my husband have bought a weekend home in the community 7 years ago, we loved it so much that now we are leaving here most of the time. We love having friends over and entertaining so we have decided two years ago to buy another home for short term rental. We are enjoying renting our home and making sure our guests enjoy it also.

Why they chose this property

The house is a chalet style, we love the open floor plan, the brightness, and location. It is located in a wooded lot that has a circular driveway, also very close to the gate, within walking distance to restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Bright, great air flow, two living rooms, two gas fireplaces. The house has a great layout, one bedroom downstairs, two on the first floor, and master bedroom and bath with jacuzzy on the second floor. Guests love that the bedrooms are spread out throughout the house which provides more privacy.
