This is where the fun begins! This chalet is located in the Hideout community, within walking distance to restaurants. Our amenities include a hot tub for five people, outdoor sauna for four, firepit with adirondack chairs, grill, lower level game room ping pong, arcade, many board games and corn hole in the backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pan, coffee maker with coffee and tea included, toaster, air fryer, and the basic condiments. The home offers two gas fireplaces, living room projector, flat screens in every room and master bath with jacuzzi tub. Located in the Hideout, one of the Pocono's premier 4 season communities with amenities including two outdoor heated pools, beach, tennis and basketball courts, ski hill, club house and gym all year round. Book your stay today!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of towels to help the cleaning lady it takes a while to dry
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any violation/citation of Hideout rules and regulations recieved by guests will be the responsiblity of guests to pay said fine.
$100 Late fee for rentals booked within 48hrs of check in date. No fireworks No loud music or noise after10PM.
A $40.00 charge for each member or guest pass not returned or lost. A fee of $25.00 per bag of garbage left behind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very lovely, very modern feel, nice big front deck and a lovely private backyard with a hot tub. Daniela the Host was amazing, accomodating and always replied within minutes when I had questions will definitely visit again!

Daniela was very attentive and helpful during the process. The kids loved the playroom atmosphere in the basement and the projector screen in the living space. We enjoyed daily use of the pool and lake as well as trips to the golf course. The neighborhood was a good fit for families with little children especially.

Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children.

The property was attractive, comfortable,and well equipped except for these items: there was no corkscrew, hand towels or adequate bar soap. We purchased 2 hand towels and bar soap which we left in the house. We also needed to purchase additional garbage bags. There was plenty to do at the” hideout” area for adults and children. It would have been very helpful to have instructions on how to close up the house at the end of our stay.

Very relaxing retreat! Met with our grow children and their partners to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. There is an awesome fire pit and back area with hot tub, sauna and yard games. The basement was a favorite hang out, but the big projection TV screen made celebrating Sunday Football awesome! The area is nice and the zoo was fantastic! Also explored Hawley and did the rail bike excursion. Just a great house for family fun

Stayed for a girls skiing trip. Place was perfect size with 4 bedrooms and a bathroom on all 3 levels. Game room in basement was a perfect gathering area along with the space in the living room/kitchen area on the 2nd level. Hot tub was good. Neighborhood and entrance area very secure. There is an entry level ski lift in the Hideout which is a nice bonus. Quiet location. Host was very accommodating and always available when needed. Would have liked to see some more usable spices including salt and pepper.

Me and my husband have bought a weekend home in the community 7 years ago, we loved it so much that now we are leaving here most of the time. We love having friends over and entertaining so we have decided two years ago to buy another home for short term rental. We are enjoying renting our home and making sure our guests enjoy it also.

Why they chose this property

The house is a chalet style, we love the open floor plan, the brightness, and location. It is located in a wooded lot that has a circular driveway, also very close to the gate, within walking distance to restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Bright, great air flow, two living rooms, two gas fireplaces. The house has a great layout, one bedroom downstairs, two on the first floor, and master bedroom and bath with jacuzzy on the second floor. Guests love that the bedrooms are spread out throughout the house which provides more privacy.
