Gite on the ground floor of the owner's chalet (access from the road via the gently sloping garden (no steps or stairs), comprising a living room-kitchen (combined microwave oven), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm), a bathroom (shower and WC). Terrace and garden. Parking at the side of the road. In a residential area on the heights of Aillon le Jeune, ground floor cottage with a very clear view of the valley and the mountains. Large corner terrace with a main orientation due south. Shops open during the summer and winter tourist season (grocery store, sports shops, restaurants) in Aillon le jeune or open all year round in Châtelard 14km away. In the heart of the Bauges Massif Regional Natural Park, 1.1 km from the Aillons-Margériaz 1000 ski slopes and 11.5 km from Aillons-Margériaz 1400 m. La Féclaz Nordic area 28 km away (150 km Savoie Grand Revard cross-country ski area linking St François de Sales, Le Revard and La Féclaz) with pedestrian and snowshoe trails, dog sled rides. In summer, leisure center with supervised swimming at the Lescheraines lake 16 km away. Many hikes throughout the massif.
