Summer or winter this small House of 60m2 in a very quiet environment at the foot of the mountains and close to many activities with open views of the mountains, welcomes you !!
Close to a bakery, butcher and small grocery store ...
This accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers and families (with children).

The house is composed of:
a separate bedroom with a double bed (2 persons), a bathroom with shower, sink, WC A large living room with sofa bed for 2 people, large table, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator , freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso etc.) Possibility of cot and more depending on demand.

No smoking in the house
You will have a private parking space at the foot of housing with electric gate. From a large terrace (with table chairs parasol ...)
Pets are not accepted.

Uns hat die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Da ich mit meinem Sohn die Tour besucht haben und viel Rennrad gefahren sind, waren wir nur nachts in der Unterkunft. Schön war das Frühstück in dem kleinen Innenhof. Die Hecke an der offenen Seite könnte man noch etwas beschneiden, dann sähe man mehr der schönen Landschaft.

Pas de transats pour l'extérieur, pas de four, pas de pichet à eau, ... logement qui mérite des améliorations Beaucoup de toile d'araignées que nous avons enlevées Les fenêtres mériteraient un nettoyage. Le bip pour le portail fonctionne mal ainsi que la télécommande de la télévision. Tancarville cassé et trop petit, prévoir un fils à l'extérieur

Hébergement inaccessible pour PMR non précisé

En fait ,il n'y a pas eu de séjour ! Mon épouse est en fauteuil et à la lumière des indications et des photos , rien ne laissait présager qu' il fallait grimper une volée d'une vingtaine de marches pour accéder au rez de chaussée ! Il m'a donc fallu trouver un hôtel pour le soir même à Albertville ! J'aimerai être dédommagé pour cette déconvenue ! Michel Wallerand

pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée, douche froide le mercredi soir et le jeudi matin ,pas vu la propriétaire, ménage juste , mouchoir en papier dans la housse de couette, housse de couette et taies oreillers très très chiffonnées. Le robinet de l'évier à manipuler avec beaucoup de précaution. En fait juste juste satisfait, les wc à l'étage ça ne se voit jamais ainsi que la machine à laver. Beaucoup de choses à revoir

Séjour agréable dans cette région splendide.

Logement plutôt bon dans l'ensemble: - propreté - cuisine bien conçue - un calme absolu, bien reposant - chambre spacieuse, et lit très bon - grande douche bien agréable. - le bip portail, et la clef du logement fonctionnent bien. - parking pour la voiture. - terrasse appréciable Quelques points à revoir à mon sens : - le clic clac a fait son temps. - pas de four. (C'était peut être précisé dans le descriptif) - j'ai percuté 3 fois la gouttière en haut de l'escalier dehors, mon père également. - quelques petits défauts dans la salle d'eau : manque accroche vêtement, un petit bout de papier peint décollé, et une baguette derrière le WC qui ne tenait pas. - fleurs sur le balcon, très bien, mais des gros bourdons étaient présent. - manque de pression dans la douche - pas d'éclairage la nuit (de mémoire) au niveau du portail pour entrer la voiture.

Situation géographique. Nous avons apprécié le calme de la campagne. Dommage que la terrasse donne sur une grange et que la haie de l'autre côté n'ait pas été taillée. Vue limitée de la terrasse. Mais dans l'ensemble, séjour bien agréable.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt inmitten einer bezaubernden Berglandschaft, in der man viel unternehmen kann. Alles ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und gestaltet, außerdem sauber und ordentlich. Die Küchenaustattung ist spartanisch, reicht aber fürs Notwendigste aus. Das Klappsofa ist nicht so angenehm zum Schlafen, hart und leicht schräg. Alles in allem: Gut! Vielen Dank auch an Marléne für die Ausflugstipps! Merçi beaucoup!!!

L'intérieur de la maison correspondait aux photos présentées et la propriétaire s'est montrée accueillante et disponible. Mais: Les fenêtres gagneraient à avoir des moustiquaires. La barrière était brisée et on devait chaque fois déplacer une grille métallique très incommode à ouvrir et fermer. L' accès aux jardins montrés sur les photos était interdit. L' escalier très abrupte. L''éclairage médiocre

Prestations impeccables, maison très propre (ça fait plaisir quand on rentre tout sale de randonnée !), le nécessaire est bien présent (plaques de cuisson, frigo, télé....) décoration moderne et cosy. Marlène est très sympa et nous a parfaitement pris en charge lors de notre arrivée.

Mooie woning in de nabijheid van Albertville. Goede wifi, ruim opgezet met mooie tuin. Wel een steile klim naar het adres toe. Slaapbank niet echt comfortabel, overige bedden prima. Ik kom er vast nog eens terug.
