Very nice apartment on the ground floor of a charming village house. Kitchen dining room overlooking a south facing garden. Close to the lake. Three other accommodations are available in the residence (Chalet Contemporain, Le Studio and L'Etage)

Housing
Like the contemporary chalet and the studio, this apartment completes the unique accommodation offer of our residence.
We put all our know-how in selecting noble and quality materials. The decor is signed Michel Bouard with unique and custom furniture.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Quality bedding: a 160x200 bed in one bedroom and a single sofa bed. Bed linen provided.
Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a gas hob and a full quality cookware set. Raclette machines, electric barbecue. Tea towels, sponges, household products provided.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Towels are not provided. The apartment is heated.
WIFI internet access, flat screen TV, HiFi system / mp3 player.
Terrace and patio equipped with table, chairs, awning.
A private parking space to park your car.

Ideally located in Chaparon, an authentic Savoyard village at the end of Lake Annecy.
