Magnificent studio renovated in a former hotel with an ideal location: close to the golf course, paragliding centres, Annecy Lake and the cycling track.

It's a few minutes away from most water activities, from the beaches of Talloires, Menthon and Veyrier du Lac. The location is also only 10km away from central Annecy, 5km away from most paragliding centres and 30km away from the Aravis ski resorts.

There is a private garden.

There are two supervised beaches that allow for fun water activities, as well as tennis, 18 holes golf, mini-golf, paragliding, adventure parkour, hikes, etc.

Located near the shores of Lake Annecy, set back from the departmental road linking Annecy to the end of the lake. Contemporary style and refined decoration. Private parking space.
