Beautiful Studio Condo located in The Regatta Beach Resort OceanFront Residences. The Regatta Beach Club is an exclusive Beach Front High Rise Condominium, on the North end of Clearwater, offering privacy and relaxation. You'll have the entire beach to yourself on most days l, yet you are minutes to all the shopping, entertainment and restaurants on Clearwater Beach. Walk, scooter or bike up and down the beach. The building is also loaded with resort like amenities including a huge pool with ample seating for sunbathing or relaxing while you watch the sunset! The building has its own private pier, outdoor grills, shuffleboard courts, huge fitness center, game room, social room, movie theater room, laundry facilities, plus... this building is gated with 24 hour security.
The unit is a 507 sf studio that has been updated and remodeled to feature an open floor plan, wood flooring, open kitchen with bar seating, new stainless appliances, brand new entertainment wall unit that was custom built by California Closets,. The wall unit has a brand new super comfy queen size hide a bed with a DreamCloud Mattress and a brand new 60" LED TV. The full size sofa in the livingroom also features a queen pull out bed. The closet features built in drawers and room for lots of clothes. One of the best things about this particular unit is the location within the building! Being on the second floor allows you to walk to everything, as well as the choice to avoid using the elevator all together if you like. It’s just steps to the gym and nearby stairs that leads directly to the pool, beach and beautiful lobby. The unit is available from 10/1/21 thru March 30th every year! Please note there is 3 month minimum rental period requirement in this building. Small dogs and cats are permitted with a refundable pet deposit .

Great beach get away

Loved the property and the amenities. Beach was peaceful and lovely and the pool is huge and not too crowded. The unit was perfect for us and we enjoyed it being close to the gym to get our workouts in. The area is more residential so it is quieter and more relaxing than the main beach area so that was nice too. Highly recommend!

Sweet Spot on Beautiful Clearwater Beach!!

My husband and I just spent 3 glorious months at this sweet spot at Regatta Beach Club! Christopher, our host - the Best! So friendly and accommodating and literally thought of EVERYTHING which made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. The unit itself, which has an awesome beach vibe throughout, was spotless and tastefully decorated with very nice furnishings and appliances & everything you need to set up house! The queen size Murphy bed is very comfortable and there is a queen size sofa bed as well! The unit overlooks the front entrance of building facing east so we were able to watch the sun rise every morning while we sipped coffee on our spacious balcony or just opened the drapes and watched from bed!!! It is also well equipped with everything you need for the beach and we made good use of that as we are both beach lovers. The unit's proximity to the gym, Sunroom, laundry, pool and beach couldn't be better. I felt like I was home, running down the stairs and out the back door to the pool and beach - doesn't get any better than that!. The heated pool is amazing and there is always lounge chairs available. RBC is a very well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing building inside and out. Its location on North Clearwater Beach is just perfect - much quieter but only a 20 minute walk on beach or Trolley ride away from Pier 60, D/T Clearwater Beach and all that it has to offer!! We highly recommend this vacation rental and will definitely return!! Just Awesome! ❤️

Great Experience

I stayed in the unit for several months during the winter. The unit, building, and location are great. The unit is very clean and well stocked with bathroom, kitchen, and beach supplies. The unit has a murphy bed and large balcony. The building is quiet and directly on the beach. The building has an outdoor pool, fitness center, secure parking, indoor and outdoor recreational areas, and public grills. The building has a 24/7 concierge and cameras -- the area is very quiet and safe. The building is only a 15 minute walk from downtown Clearwater Beach. Chris was a wonderful and extremely accomodating host --- easy to contact and responsive to answer any unit, buildling, or things-to-do-in-the-area questions. I would not hesitate to rent here or from Chris again.
