Safety issues

We are in our 70's. The bathroom did not have a grab bar getting in and out of the tub!! We bought one but the suction would not adhere to the coarse shower wall. We also bought a suction mat to help. The bathroom mat on the floor had no traction to help and I fell. The shower curtain was paper thin and the apartment had a musty smell. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work and was outside the bathroom??? The kitchen was very nicely stocked but the cabinets were too high to reach and there wasn't a step stool provided. The blinds in the bedrooms & kitchen were broken and left a large viewing area for anyone to look in. Although the apartment was located within easy distance of downtown and the ballfield, the neighborhood itself did not appear safe.

The place was nice beds mattress sucked tv ok litchen nice had everything needed tp cook meal if you wanted too. Yard needs some TLC

Dog friendly

We stayed a month at this location. The place was exactly as the photos show. There is a large backyard that is shared with the other units. The unit was very clean and bug free which was great. Parking was close to our side of entry and easy to access. I was not happy that we “shared” the washer/dryer with the other units. This was not mentioned in the description. Although the other occupants were courteous in using the facilities, this was a concern. Another review said neighborhood was sketchy. We did not find that. It is not in an upper middle class neighborhood though. We understand that the place has new owners and is working on making improvements. For the low cost of renting this unit, we were not disappointed.

Very shifty neighborhood

House was clean neighborhood very scary would not recommend anybody staying here we walked in walked out and left and never stayed there we are 70 and did not feel safe

Sketchy Neighborhood

Cops were at neighbors house every other night. Loud cars, the other neighbor outside all hours of night fighting and screaming on a cell phone. Two huge Pitbulls across the street that that neighbor could not control. People always outside “lurking around” all hours. I did not feel safe to even be out after sunset to walk our 5 pound pup. There was a park down the street that was even too sketchy for me to go to alone. I asked the property manager about the safety of the neighborhood upon check in, once we saw it. He assured me it was a safe neighborhood. Obviously, it is not!
