Beautifully renovated 1925 Craftsman style house located minutes to downtown Dunedin, downtown Clearwater and the beaches will make you feel right at home. Whether you are looking for a solo, family, romantic, friends getaway or you are working remotely, this home will provide you comfort, serenity and convenience along with fast Wi-Fi and great location.

Enjoy coming home to relax & to recharge after a day at the beach or local shops, farmers market, boating, fishing, biking, golfing… etc.
Downtown Clearwater, downtown Dunedin, Pinellas Trail and beaches are a short drive or bike ride away along with parks, TD Ballpark, The Sound, theater, libraries, restaurants, breweries, marina, museums, grocery stores and hospital…

Make time to explore the neighborhood with long walks or by gliding around on bikes, watch sunset and the beautiful Intracoastal water view just down the street or fireworks show over the water only 4th July.

There are 2 bedrooms, both are equipped with a dresser, soft & firm pillows, fresh linens, ceiling fan, closet with hangers & nightstand with reading lamp. Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, with adjustable base & a smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a full-sized bed. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep in 2 and the Travel crib/ pack n’ play is available on request at no additional cost.

* KITCHEN & DINING *
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals. Drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, panini maker, toaster & blender are also available. The dining room seats 6.

* LIVING AREA *
The living room features a decorative wood fireplace, a leather sofa that can be converted into a double bed, love seat, coffee table and Smart TV.

Great little beachcomber cottage a block and a half from the beach and close enough to everything we wanted to do. Property (driveway) was a little hard to find but once we did, it met all our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

Such a homey property from the minute you walk in. There was not a single detail missed in making this property feel like you just walked into your own home. Very quiet neighborhood yet a close drive to downtown Clearwater or Dunedin depending on what area you plan to hang out it. Highly recommend!

Clean and within short driving distance of beach

The house was clean and equipped with many of the random things you wish you could pack with you on a trip/forget to bring (box fans, games, books, beach toys, cooler bags, etc.) We had complications with a couple details of our trip before leaving and the host was very easy to work with while we figured them out. Great place in a great location

We stayed for over a month and the house location is great. We walked around the corner to the intercostal to watch the sunset. The Pinellas Trail is very close and we biked to Dunedin and Clearwater Beach. We sat on the front porch in the mornings and evenings enjoying all of the friendly passers-by. Very good communication with the owners, quick to respond.

Cozy house for a perfect getaway

This was my first experience using Vrbo and it couldn't have gone smoother. Martine, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive to all of my questions. The house itself is extremely pleasant and comfortable while also being only a very short drive to Clearwater Beach or any other beach you'd like to visit in the area. The house has a very modern and up to date kitchen and bathroom to go with hardwood floors which made me and the 3 other guests feel right at home. Do not hesitate to book this house, it is perfect for short or long term getaway!

A very homey craftsman house

The craftsman house we stayed in was really great. I felt very much at home just walking in through the front door. The home was warm and friendly and I felt like I belonged there . I looked up these homes and found they were built between 1900 and 1930. They are well built and this home has been well maintained. The host was wonderful. Their hospitality was very good and Communication was very good. Thanks very much Martine and Pete. My wife and I enjoyed it very much.

Charming craftsman home, very clean and comfortable, short walk to bay where you can see the bridge that goes to Clearwater Beach. 10 min drive from beach, beware of traffic. You can walk to the beach 3.5miles. I would rent again, but would like to see the kitchen better stocked with cooking utensils, blender, etc. They had a lovely gift basket with wine and snack which was so appreciated. The propery manager was very quick to respond to any questions. This place is a little gem!

Description was misleading especially regarding proximity to downtown area. Actually several miles away. Arrived and had to leave due to overpowering smell from cleaning products used before our arrival. Gave us all headaches within 30 minutes of arrival. Called VRBO immediately and was under the impression they would handle the issue. They did nothing and I’m stuck with a rental I didn’t use and because the owner was never notified of the issue they refuse to refund any of the rent money. I will never use VRBO again.
