Great house for our 3 families that were visiting the area for a wedding. Clean house with a very easy check in and check out process.

When we checked in, the house had not been cleaned. There was laundry in the washer and the dryer. There was trash in the kitchen trash can. Master shower was dirty, hair on the shower floor and just dirty. Second bathroom sink was completely clogged and the shower was slow to drain. Plus the smoke detector in the master bedroom had been removed. Plus one of the beds sheets had not been changed. Communication with the owner was slow to resolve issues. Owner offers to return the cleaning fee since the house was not cleaned, that has not been refunded.

Arrived to dirty sheets, dirty bathroom and dishes that were put away dirty. The teflon pots and pans were heavily scratched & were falling apart, cheap-need to be thrown out! The kitchen was not well supply for even basic cooking. The couch had a large hole in the material, the laminate floor was broken and not attached causing a tripping hazard. The backyard had broken wooden posts in servers locations which allowed the neighbors dog to come over and bark at you. Before the went back he pooped in the yard and continued to bark as long as you were outside. The outside furniture was just metal chairs from dining room table, the table was falling apart. When I followed up with the host they apologized, told me there’s sheets in the closet. They asked if someone could put and clean while I was staying there-after I asked for a refund. No refund only inconvenience &-apologies-not ok, I want my cleaning fees back! I will not be booking again and no longer a customer.

Totally Awesome!!!!!

Hey everyone, Just a quick review of this particular property. Totally Awesome!!!!! This property is clean, bright and very comfortable. It is a newer (2019) house with a great enclosed back yard for your pups to run. Garage is available for parking the neighborhood super nice as well. I would recommend this place to friends and family without hesitation.

Clean and comfortable

4 adults and 4 15 year olds. Enjoyed our stay and the home. One adult and teenager had to sleep on the couch, but said it was comfortable. Would say more ideal for 6/7 people if everyone wants their own bedroom. Hosts were great and communicated well. Nice neighborhood...neighbors came over for a soda. :)

Does the job - w/ an open concept kitchen/living room

This is a good place for bigger groups and is also pet-friendly. The place could use some TLC and better cleaning though. Damaged dishes and furnishings (dented fridge, drywall holes, chewed up children’s plate & broken dining chair), which were brought up to management. Much of this can be easily fixed. Overall- location sits about 7 mins to local shops and food. Close by the freeway- so easy access. There is a train nearby (noise) & ranches in the vicinity (fertilizer smell may be present); so consider these factors, in case either bother you.

Perfect Stay

This property was perfect for us. My husband and I are from Idaho. We work and live in another state now. We went back to search for land and spend time with our grandsons. We had our two young grandchildren and our dogs. The house is lovely. They had it stocked well. The house is located in a great area. It is close to all shopping areas. The property is in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. The fenced back yard was perfect for the littles and the dogs I would highly recommend staying there. The owners are very nice. They stayed in constant contact. They wanted to make sure that everything was fine. Also if we needed anything. Thank you so much Bryce & Callie.

Perfect Home Base For Our Thanksgiving Weekend

We traveled to Nampa for 4 days / 3 Nights, for our Family Thanksgiving Weekend with our relatives in Nampa. This home was the perfect spot for Us and our 4 kids. This was a much better option than a hotel. The house was freshly cleaned, comfortable and centrally located, so we were close to everything we needed (stores, food, relative's houses & Dutch Bros!!!) . The beds were all very comfortable, the family room sofa was cery comfortable and the kitchen was great for preparing breakfast before heading out for our days. The home was stocked with all needed cooking utensils, plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. The neighborhood was quiet, so sleep was not an issue. The check-In process was easy and smooth. The Hosts checked in with us Mid-Stay, which was very thoughtful. The Check-Out process is quite simple as well (we threw the sheets into the wash before leaving and ran the dishes in the wash). When we come back to visit again, this home would be our 1st choice. Thank you to the Hosts for letting us appreciate your home.

Exactly as pictured, has everything you need and more, and the folks who own the place are responsive, helpful, and friendly. Nice fenced in back yard for dog to play catch and conveniently located to all nampa amenities! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house!

The house was great. We weeded the backyard so it’s clean back there now. There’s an umbrella in the back that is broken and should be removed. Very basic problems which shouldn’t alarm anyone. We loved it and had a great time. It has three beds which could sleep 2 each and a large corner couch which could sleep 2. I wouldn’t try to sleep more than 8 here.

Clean, convenient, family friendly stay

I can’t say enough great things about this vacation rental. Very clean, spacious, and SO homey. Very high speed internet. Worked remotely and everything was seamless. Even a desk to work from. Family friendly, super comfortable with young kiddos. Hosts are so friendly and accommodating. 5 minutes to all the necessities (Costco, Starbucks, Olive Garden Chik-fil-a) Family loved it. We all agreed we will 100% be staying here on all of our Nampa area trips.

Very Nice- super comfortable beds

This home is nicely decorated, maintained and stocked for a nice little stay. Finding a gem that has 2 King Beds that are comfortable is rare. The owners were very responsive when we were able to get a hold of them with an issue. They were quick to respond and help. I would highly recommend this rental anytime and since we have now moved here to Idaho we will definitely use it if extra room is needed when family visits.
