Accommodation located near the owner's house with a shared swimming pool (pool accessible from the terrace, child supervision required, the pool is not fenced). Toulouse is 18km away. The Roques shopping center (Leclerc, Ikea, etc.) is a 10-minute bike ride away. Muret is 6km away: Aqualudia water park. The Garonne River is 2km away: ViaGarona hiking trail, part of the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). Small, air-conditioned cottage, built entirely of Garonne pebbles, enclosed garden, parking in the courtyard (with a gated entrance). Ground floor: entrance into the living room (double sofa bed), fireplace (insert), kitchenette, shower room with WC, terrace overlooking the pool. Upstairs: 1 mezzanine bedroom accessible via a narrow staircase (1 queen-size bed) with a balcony/terrace. 1m ceiling height at the top of the stairs, then over 1.80m to stand upright in the bedroom. Electric heating/air conditioning included. Large dogs not allowed. WITHOUT A CAR: From Toulouse train station: train towards Boussens - get off at Portet-Saint-Simon - then take bus no. 85 towards "Basso Cambo" and get off at "Las Fonsés" - 9-minute walk to the gîte (total journey time: 40 minutes). Small cottage built entirely from Garonne pebbles with a shared pool and enclosed garden, 18 km southwest of the historic center of the capital of the Southwest. Air conditioning for summer comfort!
