You will spend a quiet holiday in this old restored farmhouse, in the countryside, at the foot of the Pyrenees. Near the lake of Montréjeau, Saint-Gaudens and the site of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, you can enjoy a wide choice of visits and walks in the surrounding area. Large outdoor space, terrace, covered shelter (fitness area with exercise bike, elliptical bike, weight bench). Children's games (gantry, table tennis). Parking in the courtyard. Beautiful view of the Pyrenees mountain range. Pets allowed. Ground floor: large living room with relaxation area and open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90cm) (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single trundle beds 90cm), shower room/WC. Laundry room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single beds 90cm), bathroom, WC. Extra bed 90cm possible. Baby equipment. Wifi Internet access. Oil central heating. Large independent gîte with fitness area and children's games 12km from the St Bertrand de Comminges site
