A haven of peace at the gates of Toulouse: charm, comfort and a change of scenery guaranteed. Imagine enjoying a large green garden, a swimming pool and the calm of the countryside, while being just a few minutes from the largest aeronautical sites in the region. From the terrace, you can even see the Airbus site, the Aeroscopia museum and the MEETT, ideal for aeronautics enthusiasts and professionals on the move. An authentic and practical setting, perfect for an unforgettable stay with family, friends or for a business trip. 3km from the village of Merville, where you can do your shopping thanks to the market under the new halls, go to a restaurant or visit the Castle and the Labyrinth. Other unforgettable outings and visits are nearby: the Bouconne forest at 8km, the AquaPark of Saint-Jory at 8.5km as well as the Canal des 2 Mers and the Lespinasse train station, the Fronton vineyard is 15 minutes by car and Montauban at 45 minutes. This characterful cottage, nestled in a carefully restored old farmhouse, combines old-world charm and modern comfort. As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by its stone and pebble facade, its exposed beams and its warm atmosphere. On the ground floor: entrance to the living room with its open kitchen, bedroom (1 double bed 160cm) with private bathroom, separate toilet. A staircase leads to the upper floor where a lounge/office on the mezzanine and 3 other bedrooms are fitted out, one offering (2 single beds 90cm twin + private shower room), and the other 2 (2 single beds 90cm twin), shower room, separate toilet. Electric heating, air-conditioned floor. Adjoining a small gîte, this holiday home nevertheless benefits from private and independent access, parking and terrace. The large unfenced garden, the secure swimming pool and the bowling alley are shared by both gîtes. 18km from Toulouse, capital of the Occitanie region, 2 gîtes with swimming pool and bowling alley for a total capacity of 12 people!
